Thanks for watching the video. Please share below your takeaways from the video and what you consider as the #1 skill that every Cost Controller must have.
Skill no 1 is the most important, because there are many project controllers who are just using their past experience in other projects/ organization and applying same without having proper knowledge of what they are doing and what they need to do
Hi, Can i have cost control basics book you would recommend for understanding of terminology to a know from basic to a project level. Can i have an online course for the cost controller, Since i am having a background of Estimator, QS of 10 years of experience in Construction (Oil& Gas-Mechanical, Piping) and which i need to take on CCT certification as well.
Whats wrong with the 36 guys who pushed that dislike button? What else they would like to learn and listen? are these guys the master of Cost Management or what?:)) seriously i am curious:)) i’ve been working as a project controls engineer almost 5 years, and this is a really satisfying video that covers pretty much all the basics.
