How long have you had it? You need to make sure it's charged on a regular basis. The battery does have a warranty so you can call the company you bought it from and see if it's under warranty. We hope this helps.
It is actually just as good looking in person . I am frustrated it isn't charging but it's brand new ! And yes it it fancy dancy we got the taba and black and we rolling in style !!! #teamlincoln
