My husband and I are hooked on ur channel , ur core values, ur heart .. shines right through the tv. You actually helped me understand hunting in such a different way🙏 to the point where at the age of 44 I just started hunting last year and got my first 160lb buck . 🤗 Thank u for sharing ur passion ,ur family and ur heart 💫
What a beautiful rifle. All the fabulous memories old and new ones made. I have my Grandad’s 94’ from the 1930’s and his Colt revolver he bought new for $18 he said in 1917 when he 18 years old. He was heading west to Texas and wanted a hand gun he told us. The Colt is in excellent condition the rifle has been graded at 80% good. A million stories I never heard but the feeling is out of this world when I hold them.
Pedro is amazing! His presentations are always enjoyable and inspirational. This is my favorite so far. His take on trophy hunting overlays mine perfectly. Hunting for 65 years, I have always avoided gimmicks and success by tape measure. Time in the wilds on it's terms is the measure, - a kill is a rewards. Complete utilization of the animal only extends the experience.
I have a recovery video on my channel from 2022 deer season in NH. I was able to shoot a beautiful 140lbs doe with my Great-Great Grandfather's model 94 30-30. It was an amazing hunt that I will never forget! Pedro, thank you for sharing your hunt!
Trophies are great but the experience is what it is about. After 50 years of hunting and shooting I today am happy to see game and take just what I need for the freezer. My father started me at six, he is almost 80 it is always great to get him out for another hunt. Thank you for your insight and the efforts of you and your dad. Cheers from Australia.🇦🇺
Amazing vídeo Pedro, recovering the old ways, It's so refreshing. It is nice to find someone defending a more traditional way of hunting and also looking after a better experience, rather than a trophy. Would It be a bad idea to make a vídeo, explaining how you stalk. That would be amazing
Muchisimas gracias y no pares
There just something about your grandpa's gun that just makes it just that much better. My grandpa died when I was 4 it's the only way I het to hunt with him. Is to take his rifle out in the field. Great job keep sharing.
Awesome vid Pedro stalking an animal and getting in close to take your shot is the best way to hunt in Australia where I am from we call that walking them up ,good luck on your future hunts
I regularly use my grandfathers 7x57 bolt action with iron sights. It really does make you realise that you can get a lot closer to deer than you usually would with a telescopic sight. Although many professional deer stalkers in the UK are not willing to let you use them on their ground as they do not understand the use of them. We should respect the game that we are stalking more and by challenging yourself to get closer you give the game more of a chance. This means when you go back to using a modern rifle you have sharpened your skills and made yourself a better hunter.
As always great story telling. I always enjoy how you put the videos together. I completely understand enjoying the simple fun hunts. Keep up the great work, gracias. oh and cool rifle
Amazing vídeo Pedro, like always, recovering the old ways. It is nice to find someone defending a more tradicional way of hunting and also looking after a better experience, rather than in the trophy. Would It be a bad idea to make a vídeo, explaining how you stalk. That would be amazing
Keep telling g everyone you can't go wrong with Pedro's videos! Hunts the way real hunts are no matter the weather terrain BUT ALWAYS ETHICAL! We need more Ike him bet granddad smiling
Felicidades. Bonito video.
Spectacular video, just found your channel and find it extremally entertaining. I like how you say take a step back to find the real meaning of hunting. One of my sons have been hunting with his great grand fathers 100 year old lever action 30-30. I actually filmed him taking his first buck with it and is on my channel if your interested. He has since taken another buck and a bull elk with it.
I enjoy your videos. I loved the one with your father after buff. But this one is exceptional - every animal I harvested was a trophy. The experience and meat is the deal. Back to basic!
I too hunt with an old Winchester 92 in 32-20 it was manufactured in 1909 , it’s not about the newest gear the best rifle and scope it’s exactly as u described it ! It’s about how u hunt and how hard u work to get your game animal and not so much a trophy but to put meat on the table ! Well done thanks for sharing cheers from Australia 🇦🇺
I'm older now, so for me, I can't stalk like when I was younger. This video brought back memories of my earlier years. Sadly, it's a tree stand for me now. Congratulations on your harvest and enjoy your youth while you can... It goes way to quick. Love the rifle too !
Great videos guys, you must feel such a connection to your grandfather as you hunt with his rifle. Unfortunately, I don’t have anyone’s rifles passed down to me. Even though my grandfathers were hunters, they migrated to Pakistan from India with nothing but the clothes on their backs. I never got the chance to hunt with my grandfathers rifle But I hope my grandson gets to hunt with my Henry 45/70.
Respect Brother. Welcome to the LeverGun Fam. Cheers from AU where i have one of Worlds most Elusive critters awaiting your arrival..... "sambar" deer. with your Bow.
Excellent video! I shot my first moose with a rifle made in 1917. It's nice to see a successful harvest with a really old rifle. New rifles are great, but the old classic wood rifles have a certain historical character to them and offer unique challenges to hunting. Be very proud of getting to hunt with your grandfather's rifle. Many grandson's wish they had their grandpa's rifle for the same purpose. You are very lucky to have that opportunity. I certainly enjoyed watching this video. Good greetings from Canada!
„i don‘t know of I hit her“ ... „But it is soo exciting to go hunting“.... you are one of those hunters who are responsible for our bad Reputation. You have never trained or checked the rifle and test it directly on an animal.... Grrrrrtt

As I have gotten older, how I hunt, is far more important than the kill. Wonderful video. You make your Grandfather proud.

Exellent vídeo my friend beatiful Gun !
My father teached me, not what you hunt is important, but how you hunt! I see the sense of hunting exactly like you. Have a pleasant stay in Salzburg!

That’s the rifle for the old tv 📺 series The Rifleman.😮

Huge thanks Neil!!!
I'm 79 and can only dream of such a hunt but I feel as though I am there . Thanks for letting me tag along. Bill
Thanks for the nice video. I also like to hunt with the old guns. Good content and an excellent outlook on life

Que munición comercial usaste?
Good hunt.
Tigre are good copies of the model 1892
They are! We copied them and start fabricating them in Spain..
Precioso!! 👌

That its awesome, there is something special to hunt with weapons with history.
The 44L is the same as the 44-40?
44-40 was called 44 largo in Spanish speaking countries
love your videos
Not gonna lie, by the thumbnail I thought you were hunting whitetail in Michigan or something.
Hahaha, true!!! I love the american traditional gun hunts that you guys do for whitetails.
thank you!
Great video
Where are you hunting?
This is in Spain.
Great Video ! Waidmannsheil 🌿📯🌿📯🌿

WE HIT TARGETS AT 400 YARDS WITH 44-40
Insane, that's amazing!! I struggle at 40.. haha
„i don‘t know of I hit her“ ... „But it is soo exciting to go hunting“....
you are one of those hunters who are responsible for our bad Reputation. You have never trained or checked the rifle and test it directly on an animal.... Grrrrrtt
….. do you really think I never tested or trained with that rifle? The hunting community judges never stops amazing me.
