PLANTING BANANA in the PHILIPPINES | Banana are easy to take care of and grow fast

DUTCHCOCONUTS. We transfer some young banana saplings from our town lot to our lot outside town. Our town lot is also transferred into a garden after cutting some trees.
In our garden/farm we finish the roof with native leaves for a more traditional Filipino look. We also try a tip we got from our subscriber @DantheAmerican to use coffee as an ant repellent.
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Aside from "Saba" try to plant different varieties of bananas as well like cavendish, Morado, latundan

They are growing fast indeed, much better if you put perimeter fence to protect banana from carabao and cows.

We fenced around 500 sqm but our place is in hectares so difficult to fence completely
