- I was invited back to C-SPAN's Washington Journal to talk about where things stand in the 2024 presidential race after the first debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
How can this guy claim nonpartisan whith all his anti trump rhetoric statements

As a Trump supporter, I think he could’ve done better and had a lot of missed opportunities, however he did win the debate fare and square.
Let me sum up this video simply. In the middle Luntz says that it is a problem that people only listen to stuff that they like, at the end he says don't listen to stuff you don't like.

Biden actually directed more personal attacks towards Trump than Trump did towards Biden.
As for the so-called undecided voters, it's baffling. If you're still undecided at this stage, it raises questions about how you navigate daily life and make important decisions. I wouldn't want someone so indecisive in my life.

Last election, he felt Trump was not campaigning properly and it could cost him the election. Well, that might have happened. We don’t know. But I believe he was sincere.

Frank listed a large number of potential candidates whom he thinks are stronger than Kamala. But we’re talking about a choice bereft of a primary campaign. How can anyone know who has what it takes and who doesn’t when they all fall into contention at the last minute. Isn’t there a reason that we have two year long presidential campaigns?

The only chance the Democrats have at this point is either remove Biden [and Harris], and I am glad you mentioned Mitch Landrieu; or change the nature of the campaign to run like a major league sports team. Start running Biden with his Cabinet. This is the TEAM we are electing in November. This is what they are GOING TO DO in January. These are our priorities in the next administration. Etc.
Age matters! We are in the same position we were with RBG, AGAIN. (and Biden, Trump, McConnell, Pelosi, Thomas and Alito) Trump was also missing the mark cognitively. What it is telling me is age 75 is an age limit and they need to be considered not leadership, but advisory. I am not confident in Harris as the backup plan either. She is intelligent but has not grown into a confident leadership candidate. If Biden had a different VP that already conveyed confidence, I would have no problem voting for him. That being said, no one seems to be speaking about the generational gap. My generation and that of the older, need to allow the younger generations to provide solutions to the problems they are facing. They are more socially aware, however they need to mature on fiscal responsibility, and work to solve technology issues they grew up with. Currently, I believe the older generation is stagnating the process with old solutions, but provide value in wisdom. Biden has shown innovation and set the stage for a new generation, but it is time to pass the torch. My generation and older may know how to use technology, but we are not of the tech generation. They are the future. We need to be confident that your generation is ready to assume these positions. STOP the age related stagnation that 75+ Biden/Trump, et al are causing that is what this really is about time for changing of the guard. ❤ I am a 65, white, female, independent voter, in PA … I will vote blue either way and won’t sell out America
