Hi Ruks, Thank you for your videos! They are super helpful! If I were to demonstrate the financial requirement by a mixture of all those: cash savings, employment overseas and non-employment income, would you recommend to tick all the options? Or should I use part 5 as a continuation/ additional information? Thank you again
Hi! Hmm, this one has always confused me. I only really understand how to apply with two jobs. Not sure how it would be if you were use if savings too. Deffo have a look at some forums online or speak to a solicitor
Hi there I am a bit getting confused!!! What I understood so far by watching the videos. If I am wrong please correct me. I am a British citizen and wants bring my wife in the uk as a spouse. But my wife lives in America at the moment and she’s a green card holder but not American passport holder. She has no job which means no income. Solely depends on my income. So if I want to bring her over here I have to follow the following process according to her videos as follows. 1. She has to fill up the online form. Once she completed the form then print it off then she has to send me over to sign it. 2. I have to download the appendix 2 and fill it completely. Then I must add all my supporting documents such as bank statement, payslips, tax return, home report for accommodation, council tax letter etc. Other related documents along with this form and make a bundle then I will send it to Home Office in the UK. Isn’t it? Then I may get a reply from Home Office. 3. My wife will get a letter and she will be invited to attend for a biometric enrolment. Isn’t it? But how would or when she will submit her TB test report plus A1 test result? 4. How would I pay for the whole application fees? 5. How would we communicate with Home Office regarding her application. I am really confused please help me if possible. Anybody can help me. Thanks
Informative video. I had one question, as you were working in a non salaried job, should the employer letter state the annual gross salary using the formula given in the financial requirements or just mention the per hour rate and confirm the amount in payslips
Hi Mustafa! Thank you for watching my videos, I am glad you find it informative. Though you are paid an hourly rate, you should have a basic of how many hours you expect to do per annum (basic) and how much that is. That’s how it should be worked out on your employment letter and then for he financial requirements you should work it out how they ask because what you should earn as your basic per annum may be different to what you actually end up earning due to things like sickness, overtime, commission, unpaid holidays, etc. Hope that makes sense. Good luck with your application :)
Hi there, Hope you are having a good weekend. I have been real confused about this one question stated in appendix form - “Have you lived with your sponsor in a relationship akin to marriage or a civil partnership at any time (including since your wedding or civil partnership ceremony)?... If 'yes' please give full details. If 'No' please give reasons why you have never lived together." Is it referring to only those who have lived on tenancy/ mortgage shared together ? I believe not. Wanna know your thoughts on it. Thank you for being an amazing person 🙂
Hey! Aww thank you, hope you’re having a good one too. No, it’s not asking about tenancy or shared mortgage or any thing. It’s just asking if you’ve ever stayed together for a while. My husband and I lived together from our wedding day up until I left Bangladesh 3 weeks later so I ticked “yes” and pretty much wrote that (with dates) but I didn’t provide them with any proof of it. I guess maybe our joint bank account was proof as the address for the branch was in his village - whether they noticed that or not, I’m not sure. Amazing person, hehe. I like it 😁 xx
Ruks&Fam Hehe 😊 I guess we will tick yes then since we got hotel and apartment booking on our names where we stayed for holidays. Could you please let me know if you have used digitally stamped statements? The bank my hubby banks with is adamant about not manually stamping them and they claim all the statements printed at self serve machine are digitally stamped therefore no requiring to be stamped but that’s making us nervous as we didn’t have postal service active. You got any clue about digitally stamped statements. Seriously I think you are really amazing for taking out time answering queries.💕 Really appreciate it.🙂
Ah yes, the hotel receipt would be good proof. We provided our stay in a resort for a couple of nights as well, just in his name, for two guests but we had pics to go with it. Hmm, I’ve never come across digital stamping but I guess it’s equally as good. I know digital signatures are acceptable in most places and my brother works for the council and that’s what he uses, the home office is part of the council so I think that should be ok. Can they provide him with a letter just saying that they can confirm that he does bank with them and has held a x bank account with them since xxxx. Also that they can confirm that all of his bank statements are genuine and are digitally stamped which proves their authenticity...something along those lines!
Ruks&Fam Thanks for the replay. He will try to get the letter hopefully it will be ok. I have this concern about HO overlooking documents inspite of sending them. I wonder how can I prevent that ? They don’t scan documents for settlement visas anymore. My husband will be sending them so just wanna how can I prevent that. Did you use barcode separators ? Sorry for bombarding you with queries :/
Hey Meghna, don’t worry about it! No, I didn’t use barcode separators, I don’t think they are a good idea actually but I would highly recommend doing like a contents page at the beginning of your pile so it will be like - Application Form - Appendix 2 - Etc Think that way they know exactly what is in the bundle straight away and where they can find each specific one.
Hello! Me again, thank you again so so much for these videos, there are enormously helpful. I am up to my eyes in stress trying to figure these applications all out. I was hoping I could ask you a strange question regarding the Appendix 2 form. There is a question that asks how old you were when you got married. Easy. But it says it wants it in mm/yy format and I'm very confused. It wants your AGE somehow in a month and year format? Or it wants you to say the age you were and the date it happened?? Or the age you were and then prove it by providing your birthday date/year? It's worded very strangely and it's really the only one I don't get and it's very silly how much this little questions is annoying me. Do you remember what you put? Thanks again so much for all your help.
Hey! Aww, I’m glad you appreciate the videos. Have you watched my Appendix 2 Walkthrough Video yet? That may help you out a little more but I don’t explain how I worked it out. So the year and month format is basically how old you were exactly on the day hat you got married so say you married this month, and you turned 25 in August then you would be 25 years and 2 months old, does that make any sense?
Hi Ruksana. There are many changes with visa websites. Please see following: So the Visa4uk website is no longer the spouse visa UK online application form? That is correct, the above links will send you to the new online spouse visa UK application form website. The old visa4uk website has largely been discontinued and is only used by a minority of applicants applying for certain visas from certain countries.
Hi Alex, yes the old links are no longer available and there are new links for the online application. visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/apply-visa-type/appendixfm For the appendix 2 this is the most up to date pdf that I have found: assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/733638/VAF4A-Appendix2-08-18.pdf
@@RuksanaAhmed Hi, I have a feeling the appendix 2 form - has been incorporated with the new online application (your first link). I cannot find anywhere that references the need for the appendix form 2 should be used. However i would really like some confirmation on this? Any help would be great!
@@darveshbhutta750 Hi! There are some financial related question in the new online form but it is still important to fill out the Appendix 2 form. Without it you will be contacted for it and there will be a further delay with the processing.
Dear Ruk&Sham, thank you so much for the informative video, very helpful. Please can I ask regarding bank statements for Cat A financial requirements for the six months do they need to be full six months, or as long as the last six payslips show on the statements? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
Hi, thank you for watching the video!! They are only wanting to see that the wage going into your bank account matches the wage slip for that month. So I don't think a full statement for each month is required as long as the payment is shown. I provided full statements. My bank statements showed my transactions from 14th of each month to 13th of the next however my wage slip come in on the 6th of each month and therefore my wages always appeared towards the end of the statement and most of my transactions were of the previous month. Hope this anaswers your question. Good luck with your application :)
@@RuksanaAhmed is there any chance you can explain what a work out wage letter was you mentioned you did it , as Yr sis in laws got rejected so u did the workout??? Please I'm due to apply next week please reply
Hi, I'm planning to apply for this Visa soon. I was wondering , how did you filled the parts where there is a box to write down more details, but you don't need to(ex. "are you and your sponsor related outside marriage? If yes, please provide exact details of this relationship", my answer is no) Do you leave the space in blank? or do you cross it to show there will be no information there? or write down NA? Thank you for your videos, they are giving me a good idea of what to expect of this process :)
Hi, thanks you for watching my videos. I just left the boxes that didn’t apply to me blank. So for that questions about “if you and your partner are related”, put a cross in the “No” box as that is you answer and leave the details box blank, move on to the next question. Hope this helps answer your question. Good luck with your application 😊
Hi Redha, thank you for watching! Yes, you can fill it in using Adobe for a much neater look. That’s what I did, I used the “fill & sign” section. Hope this answers your question. Good luck with your application :)
Thanx for your reply .. I am abit confused wich documents should my wife take with her to BIOMETRIC appointment .. dies she has to take everything including apppendix 2 and application form and all supporting documents? And wich documents i could send to Sheffield.? .. despite I meet all requirements I am very stressed... . Thank you again
Hi, Congratulations for your husband' s visa! I have one question: I filled the on line form and submitted but I did not not find how to submit the appendix 2 so I did not. How and when should I fill the appendix 2? Is it on line? Or should I take it to the biometrics apointment? Thank you so much for your help.
Hi Aurea, thank you and thank you for watching my video also! I have made a video on how to find and fill out the appendix 2. It is my most recent video. Please watch that and if you are still unsure, leave me another message. Also, you don't need to take the Appendix 2 form to the biometrics appointment, you can put it straight in with the supporting documents. Just make sure you provide it because it's a very important part of the application. Hope it helps! :)

Hey there, thank you so much for such an amazing video thats so informative, I have a few question,s and was hoping you could help me. you filled out the form for your partner which he signed and took to the biometrics appointment I'm guessing to be stamped etc and verified. did he post this back to you or did you visit him to collect it, and also you mentioned you submitted everything to Sheffield yourself, does this mean you had your partners passport etc with you in england.? and finally were all the documents returned to yourself in england or to your spouse in bangladesh. so sorry for all the questions, I'm just so confused trying to figure everything out.
Hi Aneesa, thank you for watching my video. You understood most of what was said but I’ll private message you. No need to apologise. It is complicated process :)
Hi sister i had the same questions as sister aneesa i am bit confused reqarding where to send the application bundle and who should send it my wife lives in dubai and i live in london so i am confused which part should she take with her to the appointment and which part should i send ...... i need you sister to explain to me in private the same question that sister aneesa asked. And thanks for you great work and suppor.
Hi sister aneesa i am confused as well and i have the same question you had your self. Who send and where and why shall i need to send the application bundle to Sheffield if already the application is online please help me out here my wife lives in the UAE dubai and i live in london so where should i start from. Thanks sister i can private me too
Hi Mahad, a lot has changed with regards to submitting the supporting documents from when we applied. For UAE applicants, it has always been a little different any way. If you are applying from Dubai then I would suggest your partner takes all the supporting documents to the biometrics appointment and submit them there. They will scan them and return them on the same day. Sorry, I’ve had to reply to you on here as private messages no longer exist in RUclips anymore.
Hi there I will send all my documents to Sheffield this Friday. I have couple of questions to ask you. As you applying with 7 months income which is similar to my income. Can you please tell what figure did put question 3.11- and did tick yes in the following question 3.12 & 3.21-3.22. 3.11 in this box I put £19200 cause I earned wages last 6 months £9600x2=£19200. Did you put the same? Please let me know soon. Thanks
Hi Ruks, Just a quick question, did you have to provide any floor plans or property inspection reports to prove there is sufficient space to accommodate the applicant??
Hey, no we didn’t but the health report will have all the measurements of each room and how many people it can sleep so that should give them enough information as to whether there is enough space for your spouse to live there or not
Hi ruks, in the appendix 2 form my friend is a little stuck and was wondering if you could help out. So my friend knows her husband since childhood as they were cousins but they didn't really talk that much. It was when she was about 18 when she came and visited again and started to like him and he already loved her since. Then from about age 18 did they both start to communicate on messages and video call and voice calls and they were then officially in a relationship and intended to marry one another in the future. Then 4 years later they married. Now in appendix 2 form where it says when did you first meet what should she put? As the first time she actually met her husband was as a child when she was about 6 but obviously there was no relationship then as they were both kids. But if she puts that the first time she met her husband was when she was 6 she's worried in case it may cause a problem. The relationship began when she was 18 but she did know him as a child.
Iram Ansari Hi, it is ok to say that they first met when she was 6 as there is another question which asks “when did the relationship start?” So of course that is when she will put the date in of when she was 18. There is s section later on that asks if the applicant is related to the sponsor and so when she says “yes” there, they will know why they met so young. It won’t cause any problems. Does your friend have any of her old passports that say she went back home in the years when she was 6 and 18? It’ll be good if they can see the stamps in those passports also. It’s not too big s deal if not
@@RuksanaAhmed thank you for your reply ruks. Helped so much! Sorry I was suppose to say that my friend went when she was 17 and she did like him then and so did he but then she went back to the UK and started talking when she was 18. There would be no issue with the age would they? They officially had started talking when she was 18 but the last time they met was of course just before marriage and before that was sin 2014 when she was 17 and at 17 they just talked as friends would. After a few months when she turned 18 that's when they started their long distance relationship romantically. And yes I think she has some of her old passports. If not all she does have some.
Hi Ruks&Fam, thank you for the very helpful video. I am filling part 3A like you did. May I ask what answer you put down for question 3.22? As it's quite a tricky one, or did you leave it blank if you have been in employment for over 6 months?
Hi, thank you for watching my videos! I am glad you find them helpful and I am very sorry for a late reply. Neither question 3.21 or 3.22 applied to me so my answer wasn’t yes or no to either so I just wrote N/A beside the questions. Hope that helps. Good luck with your application :)
Hi, thanks for another informative video. Am I right I’m thinking the application form was signed and dated and sent to you by your husband but the appendix 2 form you filled in yourself and added to supporting documents? Does that mean it doesn’t need to be signed or dated by your spouse?
Hi Oli, Yes that's correct. I submitted the online application on the government website my husband logged onto the account, printed it off, signed it, dated it and took it to the biometrics appointment, then sent it to me. I printed the Appendix 2 and filled it out myself on his behalf (no signature or date required).
How come you fill the appendix 2 on behalf of your husband cause he hasn’t £18600 income in Bangladesh. He is your dependent and you will sponsor him. Isn’t it? You are the sponsor for your husband. Basically how did you send all the supporting documents? Did send the documents through Home Office in the UK or the British embassy in Bangladesh? Can you please make it a bit more clear? Thanks
Hi, it is a very complicated process and I am trying to be as clear as I can be and that is why I am doing them in lots of little separate videos. Hopefully things will become more clear to you at the end of the series. If you are stilll confused on things I am happy to answer any of your questions. Yes, my husband is dependent on me and I am his sponsor. He doesn't have that income however, even if he did, his income won't go at all towards the application is it is my income alone that has to meet the £18,600 threshold. I filled the form out because it was easier that way. His English is not as fluent as mine (as mentioned in the video) therefore he may not have fully understood what was being asked or may have answered incorrectly/spelled incorrectly. Also a lot of the questions on the Appendix to form are about the sponsor's employment and accommodation which I know more about than he does. Secondly, if he had filled it out then it would have been another document that I would have needed him to send me which seemed unnecessary. To send the supporting documents I put together one bog bundle including what he had sent to me and what I collected myself and then sent them off to the Home Office in the UK. The only document submitted in Bangladesh was his original passport which they kept at the Biometrics appointment. He will not receive his passport until we get an answer regarding his application.
Hey, I am not sure this is needed anymore. Tbh, I found this after I had googled what documents where required for the spouse visa and it was mentioned. I wouldn't have known it otherwise. But yeah, on the first application back in 2018, it didn't ask anything about the financial documents hence the Appendix 2 but now the online application does so the Appendix 2 is not required.
At the time I sent the documents in by post which I have a video on: ruclips.net/video/ec4BbJcNtRg/видео.html But now you have to upload the documents on the ukvcas website which I also have a video on for when we did our extension application: ruclips.net/video/HSwM6i3D2b4/видео.html
Hey Sajida, Thanks for watching them :). Yes, I did do one and it will be featured in one of my supporting documents videos that are yet to come. However, I was told on more than one occasion that the form is not necessary and is mainly for application to bring over a dependent but I didn't want to miss anything out (better to have more than too little), plus it is such a simple form to fill out it didn't really feel like it was a waste of time. Hope this has answered your question. Good luck with your application!!
Hi Ruksana ,thanks for the great video, my question is , My son recently married with the UK CITIZEN girl, now who will submit spouse visa application my son or Uk girl?
Hi, technically your son should make the application as he is the one wanting to come to the UK but if it easier for him, his wife can do the application on his behalf. That is what I did for my husband and I entered all the information as though I was him.
Hi, I am currently applying for my spouse visa. My husband's financial condition falls under category A. So we are filling up 3A. However I am confused about 3.22. because he has been in the same job for more than a year. Appretiate your effort to help us out.
Hey Shohana, thank you for watching! Yes, it is a bit of a confusing question because neither “yes” or “no” apply to everyone. Luckily with it being a form you can physically write on, I just put “N/A” next to the question. Hope this helps. Good luck with your application 😊
The old application didn't have any financial questions and that is why they had the appendix 2 but now they are included in the online form so the appendix 2 is not needed.
Hi Ruks Thanks for your videos . Please clear my following doubt 1. If I meet financial requirement in more than one category .should I tick both box . In my case I fullfill both 3 A and 3 F please reply .
Hi Ajay, thank you for watching! If you meet the requirements in more than one category. I would suggest you choose one and apply under that category. You don’t want to over complicate the situation and confuse them. Hope this helps, good luck with your application :)
Hi Ruks How are you? Need your advise in my following case I completed one year and continue with my current job as on 25 September 2018 so I ticked 3A , category A under this . Past six months continuous employment from the day of application submition is enough ? Otherwise should I choose category b and mention my previous job ( over six years in one establishment ) Please advise . Thank you .
Hi Ajay, you only need to provide 6 months of wage slips for your current job as you have been there for over a year and as long as your wages are £1550 or above each month :)
Hi Ruks £ 1550 is gross monthly income right ? Should I highlight gross salary in my pay slips ? Because my net salary on my payslip is lesser than £1550 . Please advise . I thank you once again for your help .
Hi...i have a question to u...i want to Apple a spouse visa...but have a problem that...i don't know anything about the applying process...is ILETS must for apply visa???...both husband wife necessary to complete a ILETS course???
Hi ruks&fam I'm from Mauritius .me and my husband got married in Mauritius in October 2018. My husband is back to the U.K. He has filled the online form ., and we've got all the evidence . My questions are : does he need to post the document to Sheffield or he he need to send the document to Mauritius? He printed off the appendix 2 vaf 4 a and filled it , does he need to fill the appendix 2 online as well? If yes is there any governerment website where he can fill the appendix 2 online ? Thanks a lot for your help
Hi Jennifer! Thank you for watching my video. Yes once you have been to the biometrics appointment, you husband will need to send the supporting documents to Sheffield. He can either download the Appendix 2 form from the internet and fill it out with a programme like Adobe Reader and then print it out or he can print it out and then fill it in by hand. I have made a walkthrough video showing you how to fill it out on the computer so you can watch that to see how it's done. Hope it helps, good luck with your application :)
Hi, my situation is just like yours. I’m the sponsor and live in uk but my partner lives outside the country. Which forms is suitable for my application please? Thanks.
Just the online application and the appendix 2 form(financial) there is 2 groups i have joined on facebook called visa journey uk and visa settlement or something THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL
@rick ansah Hi, the application has changed a little since we made our application but at the time it was just two forms that were required just as @haseeb khan has mentioned. I know some of the questions asked on the old appendix two are now on the new application form so I'm not sure if both are still needed but I am sure those facebook groups will have the answer to that. Best of luck :)
Hi Ruksana, I'm applying for family visa. In the online application form regarding knowledge of English, there is a question asking if I have done any degree in English. It is an yes or no question. If I answer yes , in the documents to be provided they ask for a certificate from UK naric. Is it compulsory to get a certificate from uknaric. I have cleared my IELTS Life skills A1 test.
Hi, if you want to use your degree then yes UK NARIC is compulsory. I would recommend you try and get one because you can use it for your future applications also. However, if you can't get hold of one then your IELTS A1 test is enough. When you apply for your extension visa, I would recommend you take the IELTS B1 for the extension application and then you can use it again for your indefinite leave.
Hi, could you please tell me if I am suppose to submit the Appendix 2 form with my online form at my biometric appointment or is my husband suppose to submit it with the supporting documents in the UK? thanks so much for your help 🙂
Hey, thanks for watching! There’s no need to take the appendix 2 form to the biometrics appointment. You just need to include it with your supporting documents. Good luck with your application :)
Hi thanks for your videos. ...can you tell me where I should find this appendix 2 form ......and once filled out do my husband take it to his appointment or di I include it in the documents when posting thanks in advance
Hi, thanks you for watching! I have left a link to the Appendix 2 form in my description box. It needs to be filled out and included with the supporting documents, it doesn’t need to be taken to the biometrics appointment. I have filmed a walkthrough video for the Appendix 2 form and hope to have it uploaded tonight so please look out for that. Hope this helps :)
Hi.. just wanna ask why did u mention he sent you documents as well ? Sorry I didn’t get it ? Who actually applied for spouse visa you or ur husband from his country ? Do you both have to have all the documents? Kindly explain thanks
Hi, in the past we had to send documents into ukvi. I sent it all from here, a lot of them were my documents don’t forget. I had to provide my wage slips, my bank statement, proof I have somewhere for him to stay so I asked for the additional bits he had such as his tb test results, his A1 results and sent it all over as a big package
@@RuksanaAhmed thank you… yes now it’s different as we can scan all the documents and upload to their website. If you can kindly make a video on new rules as your videos are extremely useful and you have explained so well so I would just say try and make a video on new rules would be so helpful. Thank you so much again 🙏🏻♥️
I have made videos on the further leave to remain where I show how we uploaded our documents online and everything. I think if you follow the advice on my old videos on what sort of documents to provide and the answers to the question should be mostly the same but use the uploading method and biometric booking system from my new videos, you’ll be able to make an application with a combination of my older and newer videos. I will make the ILR videos next but that will be all the videos I upload on the spouse visa. I don’t have another spouse to make an updated video on 😆
Hi Ruksana me and my wife applied for finance visa to get married in england and we did got married and now I'm applying for spouse visa while I'm in the UK (applicant) so do I have to fill the VAF4Aform or not? coz its saying you should fill it if you are out of the UK thank u so much in advance
Hiya, congratulations on your wedding 🎉!! I think you should watch my more recent videos from 2021. I think that is the application you need to do (same as the visa extension)
hi, Sis just a quick question. for communication, I can print last 6months chat history and also do I need to print the call logs which show the duration of the call I make for each and every day up to last 6 months or just random?
Hi Asim, thanks for watching! I would suggest you show up to as many months as you can. I provided about 11 months of call history and 16 months of hat history. It is excessive! You can do every other month if you have a lot of history. Just as long as you are showing a good variety and that you chat/talk regularly. Have a look at my “Part 5: relationship Documents” video, the link is in the description box. Hope you find it, good luck with your application :)
good afternoon, Hi, I am in employment and I meet the financial threshold(18600) to be a sponsor, although it shows I get an hourly rate, I have my wages paid into my very own limited company that I set up and is a Director for, I am the only person that receives income from this company. On the appendix 2 form of the online visa application, what category should i fall into or tick? I have been in employment with the same employer for over a year. I also have an accountant that manages my self assessments and my corporation taxes.
Hi, I just wanted to ask on this appendix form did you put down this was an arranged marriage. The reason I ask I met my wife through my cousin who was her sister in law. I generally had a chat, but continued this to the part on when I came the following year to get family involved.
Hi, no I put that it wasn't arranged as my husband asked me if I would accept him if he was to propose before he asked his family to speak to mine. So, I guess that counts as not arranged. An arrange marriage is not because your family accepts the marriage and are involved in helping you arrange the wedding date and sorting out the mehar but it is a whether you and your wife were introduced by your parents solely as potential marital partners. Sounds like you had already decided you wanted to marry and then got your families involved so it does't sound like an arranged marriage to me. Make sure you have proof to back it up though. My documents suggested we stayed in touch from when we last met in 2016, we had pics of it all and then they could see us chatting, arranging our own wedding, all the way up until the wedding which I don't think people in arrange marriages do as much.
Apu . I am category A and hourly rate . I have meet my gross . Do I have to show cash saving .. how should I fill out . I don't really understand. . If you don't mind can you please send me your spouse letter example.
It does seem that way with the way they have worded those questions. If you fall into that category please get some professional advice because I wouldn't know where to begin with advice on that.
Hey thanks for your videos and congrats on the success of your application. I’m completing the new online form and is not sure I selected the correct type of visa can you help please I selected Appendix PM or FM
Hi, thank you for watching my videos and for the congrats! Hmm, so the two forms you need to fill out are the VAF4A (the online application form). I have made a walkthrough video on how you can fill that in. The Appendix form you will need to fill out is the Appendix 2 and it's not done online, you either download it from online and fill it out on the computer with adobe reader or you print it off and fill it in by hand, again, I have made a walkthrough video on how you can fill that out. They are both linked in the description box, I would deffo recommend them. As for the Appendix FM, I feel like i sounds familiar and it may exist also cuz there are different Appendix form depending on the kind of visa you are applying for, it's just not the one for spouse visas. Hope that has helped you a little bit and you find the right one. Good luck with your application :)
Oh We have all the documents, me and my husband, but we did not make the wedding just respect of culture of my husband and a cause to the absence of his family Is the wedding necessary to accept files ??
Oh that’s good to hear that you’ve got all of your documents sorted. A wedding reception isn’t necessary but will really help make your application stronger. But you can explain that you had a private ceremony and just registered the marriage and your reasons why in your sponsor letter and maybe include some pics of just the registry.
Hi Karen, thanks for watching! The Appendix 2 is sent with the rest of your supporting documents. There isn’t an address because different counties send their supporting document to different places. Once you have taken the biometrics appointment, you can ask where to send your supporting documents. Hope that makes sense. Good luck with your application :)
Hello, first of all your videos are amazing thank you so much,i have a question please me and my wife are applying for the spouse visa and she's a nurse and in may she contracted covid-19 so her payslips was less in may is that would affect our application and should we put that in the section of other informations by the way she get pay more than 18600 pounds please i really need your advice.Thank you
Aww thank you, glad you like them. Hmm, so normally when someone takes sick leave it may/may not affect their application too much, depending on whether they are paid at an hourly rate or if they are salaried. Which type of wage is your wife on?
@@aminenajjari9292 Oh that's great as it makes things so much easier. If she has gone back to her usual wage then you can guess what she'll be earning in the coming months so do it with what she is expecting to earn. So just add up all the gross earnings of the months that you are hoping to provide, divide it all by 6 and multiply them by 12 to get her annual income (that's how they work it out). If that figure comes to £18,600 despite the sickness then she will be fine. If not, then she can try and do some overtime to make up for the shortfall. If you are really struggling then just wait a little longer until you get 6 months of her full income.
Hi hun, I hvnt applied yet just trying to gather infos as possible. I wanted to know as I work 2 jobs one is nhs I earn £14k per year before tax and the other one is community care where I work by the hour I earn around £350 per month. Do you think that with help my application and what section do I need to fill or tick? I am not applying now as I’m getting married to him in August, can I apply soon I get married and use the layslips from months before I get married or does it has to be since I get married? Last question do I show 6 months or 12 months payslip? Please help so confused just dnt want a refusal kind regards
Hi Koli, thank you for watching my video. Yes, you can work two jobs if to cover the amount missing from your first job. So long as overall, you are earning £1550 per month, you should be covered. Just make sure non of the wage slips you are providing from your salaried job stays the same each month and is not lower in one of the months (not sure what can affect it, maybe sickness or unpaid annual leave). As long as you will have been working in both jobs for 6 months or more when you make the application then you only need to show 6 months of wage slips from each job (totalling 12) but you don't have to show a year's worth. You should still apply under 3A, category A. Yes, you can apply soon after you get married and show your wage slips from before marriage, that is what we did. Also, I know there is a way to apply before you get married so that you will be married once the decision is made and then you can travel back together after the wedding. I'm just not too sure how that's done. Hope that helps, good luck with your application :)
Hmm I’m not sure about that one as my husband was “supported by spouse”. I’d check my form for you but I’m actually on holiday and don’t have access to it at the moment. I’m so sorry!
Hi Raela talk. I’m guessing the applicant in your case is employed and that is why that questions has come up in your application. I guess there will be income/savings still available as long as a bank account is holding it. It’s just that the applicant may not have any access to it unless they go back to get it...so it’s not readily available whenever the applicant wants. Hmm, I’m not sure how you would go about answering that one. It’s not very clear. Maybe you should speak to someone about that one, like a solicitor, to be sure. Sorry!
My Bunny Hi, thanks for watching! The question Raela Talks is asking isn’t directed at me personally. It is a question that is one the application form and Raela is struggling to answer it and therefore as asked me the question so that I can help answer it :)
Ruks&Fam my story is similar to yours, I have got the documents a month ago, but I haven’t get any call yet and as well they kept some of my documents. I’ve heard if you don’t receive a call and you get your all original documents back it sound good. I’m still waiting for any response from them. I really can’t wait to see my husband. I have a two year old baby it’s crazy to leave the baby with family and work like crazy
Hello. Thank you for the video but the link to the Appendix 2 form is dead. Could you please provide me with a new one? Also, where does my sponsor sign? There was nowhere for him to sign on the online application. Is there something else he has to sign instead? Thank you.
www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/270484/VAF4A-Appendix2.pdf I don’t think Sponsor need to sign any... only the applicant need to print the online application form and sign and date before to go to biometrics appointment
Hi Emma, Sorry for the late reply it looks like your question has already be answered :). Glad to see you guys helping each other out. All the information Priya Priya gave is correct. I'm not sure why the link isn't working, I'm sure it was, but I will change it in the description box. The Sponsor doesn't sign anything but the Sponsor letter if you provide one (it's optional). The online application is counted as signed once the declaration section is completed. Then like Priya Priya mentioned, just get the applicant to print it off and sign it
Assalaamu alaikum if I’m renting a room in shared accommodation for me and my wife, do I have to include the other tenants who live in the house, their ages & their passport numbers because I’ve never heard that before?
Hey, I did as I lived in my parents house but it's a bit personal to get other tenants information as they are not relatives. I know the form does ask for them, maybe it's a question for an immigration solicitor. Have a look at "immigration boards" or "expatforum" website. I am sure you will find the answer on there. Sorry I can't help much on this one
hi, can you tell me what is a 'Personal details form (VAF4A)', it says on the Appendix 2 form failure to fill this in may delay your application. Is this the Online Application Form/ or is this another form?
My husband is British citizen and I'm the applicant so still I need to apply the appendix 2 form or Is that for the partner of settled person with ILR... Ruks please help me with this
Hey Mindi, the VAF4A form is what they call the online application form so as long as you fill that in as well as the appendix 2 you will be covered :)
Hi, being related will not affect your application. Cash savings is an option if you are unemployed. You must have £62,500 in your bank account for 6 months prior to application to be able to use cash savings alone.
Hi, is it okay for me to do the application before i get my last payslip so that when my husband attends the biometric enrollment i can sent it off straight away so that the visa processing wont get delayed any further
Hi Jemshiya, yes that is completely fine to do. Probably better as the last wage slip cannot be more than 28 days old when you apply or when your husband has his biometrics 😊
Hey Jemshiya, they won't get any confirmation about attending. As my husband paid for the application at the appointment, we received payment confirmation, I did want to add this to our documents however, my husband forgot to send it so we sent the documents without it. It isn't necessary but is just additional documentation. Please look out for the Biometrics video which I will be uploading after the weekend. Hope this has answered your question
Ruks i know im asking the same question over and over again, but the stress i have at the moment is making me think that when ever i ask this question no one seemed to understand the question, i just want re-confirm it once more. So i recieve my last payslip which fulfills the 6 months requirement is on the 28th february. So i am planning to fill the application next wednesday which is before my last payslip and will book the biometric enrollment after the 28th to save me some time and make the appliaction process abit quicker. So that i can send the documents to sheffield the day after the biometric enrollment to fasten the process. Is this ok? Im so sorry if im being a pain!
Hi I am from Pakistan .i wanted to know about my visa status it’s been 11 months nearly ‘my husband from Birmingham he foned and emails 4 times ‘but every time they said it’s in process ‘I don’t understand why they taking so long ‘atlases they have to inform us what’s the reason or give me back my passport ‘cuz I want to go other country ‘honestly I’m stuck ‘it’s really frustrating ‘ If you can help me or advice me ‘ Want to know why they taking so long I will wait for your reply Take care
Hi Adeeba, thank you for watching my video! I am really sorry to hear you have been waiting soooo long, it really is unfair. Hmm, it seems your husband has tried his best. The only other thing I can think of is for him to contact his local mp and they can help you find out what is going on. Hope this helps and you find out soon, cuz 11 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Please keep me updated, good luck with your application :)
Hello Ruks&Fam. about 1 year ago i have met Indonesian woman in the internet dating site. we are talking whole days using the camera, i have visited her once for 1 month. next year we plan to get married after saving enough money for the marriage and partnership/family visa. the problem is im lack of 130 pounds to get the minimum income requirements, do u think finding second job as an extra income for next half/1 year will help to sort this problem? and how do u think, hwat they might think about our relation based on video chats? even though we are going to get married. thank u, Michal
Hi Michal, thank you for watching my videos. Talking on video chat is absolutely fine as long as you keep logs to prove that you talk regularly and are able to show the dates, time and duration then it will be fine. I would also suggest messages as well as calls. You should take some screenshots sometimes when you are on a video call. Aww, sorry to hear that you fall a little short but yes, getting a second job is definitely a way around it or you can see of you can do regular overtime at your current job. If you are paid hourly then that would help make up for it. Hope that helps answer your questions, good luck with your application :)
I can’t speak for North Koreans application but if you watch my walkthrough video, you will see it said on the form to make sure to fill out the appendix 2. I know things have changed a lot since we made the application so please read your forms carefully
Hi, thanks for watching! I think your should start the application when you have collected around 4/5 months of bank statements and 4/5 months of wage slips because then you will be ready to actually submit it. It's a really easy application form, it's the appendix 2 that is a little more difficult. You can download the Appendix 2 at anytime really, maybe it's wise to download it sooner rather than later so that you have an idea on what it include. I'm not sure what you mean about a wait period before marriage, sorry. You can start collecting your bank statements, wage slips and other documents before your marriage but don't apply until after you have married. Hope this is helpful, good luck with your application :)
Hello can you give me link to download the form I have managed to use one of ur link to download the financial form but the second link for application form doesn’t work. I’m applying for the first time for my husband I will really appreciate your help
Hey, I'm a little confused. Do you want the link to the SU07 form? SU07 www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/261405/sponsorship-form.pdf Appendix 2 www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/270484/VAF4A-Appendix2.pdf The online application isn't a pdf like the other two. You must create an account and register and then you can fill it in on the website. Register at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/account/register
Hi, thank you for watching and for your question. So after it is after you pay for you visa that you must allow 90 days for a decision. If the visa is approved, the applicant has around 28 days to travel to the UK. Hope this answers your question. Good luck with your application :)
Yes, you will need a job for at least 6 months before you make your application. As long as you have a flat in time for the application, I think that's alright.
Hi. I have a question for you, I hope you can help me. In the appendix 2 it says "YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE MAIN PERSONAL DETAILS FORM(VAF4A).FAILURE TO DO SO WILL DELAY YOUR APPLICATION." but on the website it says "Form VAF4A is for people in North Korea only." It is confusing
Hi Katerine, thank you for watching. The VAF4A form is another name for the online application form. So as long as you have filled that out as well, you have no other forms to worry about. Hope this helps, good luck with your application :)
@@RuksanaAhmed thank you so much.i have my appointment on Tuesday...very excited about it. I watched all your videos to help me with supporting documents. I hope I get my fiance visa😊😊
Hiya, yes you can definitely still apply. There are other categories you can apply under. Some show their cash savings as well, income through property that they let out, through pensions, you can also use a third party. It all depends on your situation. Unfortunately I'm not too confident to give you advice on how to go about applying under the other categories but a solicitor will definitely be able to help you with that. Hope I've somewhat answered your question. Good luck with your application :)
Thank you so much for your help. I’ve been stressing out myself trying to figure if i can really be with the man that I love here in the UK. It’s really heart breaking when I found out that I need to be earning £18,600 annually.
Aww bless you! It’s like they’re putting a price on love which is completely unfair. I understand why they are doing it (to deter fake marriages for a visa) but it’s making it much harder for genuine relationships as well which they don’t seem to care about. I’m sorry to hear about your situation but don’t forget “love conquers all”, I’m sure you’ll find a way round it. Let me know how you get on!
Hey Sohaila, I’m not sure about this but hopefully someone on here can advise you. Personally, I would suggest that you make no changes 6 months prior to your application and until a decision is made.
Hi Hamza, thanks for watching! Yeah sure. Just make sure you have all of your supporting documents ready for then as well because you’ll only have 20 days to submit them after your appointment. Good luck with your application :) xx
Hi Noorul, thank you watching the video. An employment contract is not necessary but it is a good idea to provide one if you have it and it can be used as proof additional confirmation to prove your employment status and wage. An employment letter is a must. Ask you employer to write a letter to the ECO on letter headed paper clearly stating you position, your annual pay, when you started working there, how long you have been on that specific wage, the type of contract you have (permanent/temporary). I then asked my employer to say that all the wage slips I was providing were genuine and correct and my manager signed and stamped each wage slip. They then added a small paragraph of what I was like as an employee (not necessary but thought it was worth mentioning so they can see that I am valued and therefore, won't be losing my job anytime soon (ie. won't lose my income). Hope this helps, good luck with your application :)
hi it was amazing the way you tells us about appendix i got the point which i had missing in my form thanks alot for such a kind information... and sorry your background music is too loud was not easy to understand again thanks
Hi, thank you so much for watching!! I am glad it all made sense to you :). I know, it’s a shame about he music but I can’t remove it unfortunately. I have stopped putting music on from part 3 onwards, sorry if it annoyed you!
Hi Amir, thank you for watching the video and leaving a comment. Unfortunately, I don't think you would be able to as you do not hold a UK citizenship yourself. Maybe you can apply for your wife to visit you when you graduate but I'm not sure on how any of that works. Please see a solicitor, they can advice you about the best option for your situation. Good luck with your studies!!
Hi sorry, I misunderstood. I thought your were saying that your were on a student visa. I'm not 100% sure but as a Student I think you are still required to show the financial requirements. You can meet them through savings, maybe bursaries or grants but if you are not earning, there's a lot of money you need to show to prove you can support your wife over the 2.5 years (£65,000 worth of savings for someone who doesn't work). Also the rules changed in Autumn last year and now you can meet the financial requirements from a third party. I think it's best you seek advice from a solicitor about this and they will be able to guide you.
Hi Abdiaziz, It only asks if the Sponsor has any children in the Appendix 2 form and on the online application form it only asks if the applicant has any children. Neither documents ask if you both have children.I suppose if you have a child together I would put "yes" when asked if the sponsor has any children and "yes" if the applicant has any children. Hope that answers your question. Good luck with your application :)
Spouse from abroad must not be given indefinite leave to remain immediately. UK should give temporary visa to spouse for at least 10 years minimum than they should grant the visa. I have seen many sponsored spouse leaving their sponsor even when they have children. They main purpose only to get British passport. The spouse from abroad are never loyal to England
It is true that such cases exist but isn't right for you to tar everyone with the same brush. There are good and bad qualities in all. Sometimes Sponsors too have ulterior motives. They are not given immediate Indefinite Leave to remain. It is a very difficult process and long process (because it used to be easy to fake a marriage), which only gives the applicant a 2.5 year visa and then they must apply again for an additional 2.5 years it is only after that that they can apply for indefinite leave to remain.
Better way to show how to fill up the settlement spouse visa form online, step by step, please remove your background music so annoying no body can’t listen.
Unfortunately, once uploaded the video cannot be changed unless it is re-uploaded. I have deleted the original files and only have this video saved so the music and voice can no longer be separated. I may film a step by step of the online application form. It is something I am considering but I just want to make sure I complete the series first so there will be a bit of a wait. Thank you for your suggestions :)

Hi Ruks,
Thank you for your videos!
@@RuksanaAhmed sis doesn’t this get covered in the application anyway? Is this form and any other form complusory?
Hi there
I am a bit getting confused!!!
Thanks
Hiya, as you have a few questions that need answering I will private message you
@@RuksanaAhmed plz rply here
Informative video.
No, I didn’t use barcode separators, I don’t think they are a good idea actually but I would highly recommend doing like a contents page at the beginning of your pile so it will be like
- Application Form
- Appendix 2
- Etc
Think that way they know exactly what is in the bundle straight away and where they can find each specific one.
Or they wan the Age on the WEDDING DAY?? (I just re-watched your video) Is that what they mean?
Please see following:
So the Visa4uk website is no longer the spouse visa UK online application form?
That is correct, the above links will send you to the new online spouse visa UK application form website.
The old visa4uk website has largely been discontinued and is only used by a minority of applicants applying for certain visas from certain countries.
Hi Alex, yes the old links are no longer available and there are new links for the online application. visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/apply-visa-type/appendixfm
For the appendix 2 this is the most up to date pdf that I have found: assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/733638/VAF4A-Appendix2-08-18.pdf
If yes, please provide exact details of this relationship", my answer is no)
Do you leave the space in blank? or do you cross it to show there will be no information there? or write down NA? Thank you for your videos, they are giving me a good idea of what to expect of this process :)
Hi, thanks you for watching my videos. I just left the boxes that didn’t apply to me blank. So for that questions about “if you and your partner are related”, put a cross in the “No” box as that is you answer and leave the details box blank, move on to the next question. Hope this helps answer your question. Good luck with your application 😊
Hi, thank you for your helpful information. Do I have to fill the form by handwriting or it's fine to use Adobe? Thank you
Hi Redha, thank you for watching! Yes, you can fill it in using Adobe for a much neater look. That’s what I did, I used the “fill & sign” section. Hope this answers your question. Good luck with your application :)

Hi , did your partner send all documents to you to send to Sheffield
Hi there
I will send all my documents to Sheffield this Friday.
Thanks
I mean did you calculated in the same way I did. Thanks
Hey Shamsul, I have sent you a private message. Please have a look when you can.
Ruks&Fam
Sorry I didn’t get any private message from you. Can you please resend me?
Hi Ruks,
Just a quick question, did you have to provide any floor plans or property inspection reports to prove there is sufficient space to accommodate the applicant??
Ruks&Fam thank you very much for the reply and your wishes.
Anytime. Just leave a comment whenever you need 😊
Ruks&Fam that’s opened my eyes! And the applicant doesn’t need to take an appendix 2 form to the biometrics appointment then?
Glad to have helped :). Nope, it isn't required at the biometrics appointment just the printed online application form.
Hi there
When you will upload the biometric appointment video?
Regards
Hey Shamsul! I am hoping to have that video uploaded next week. Thanks for enquiring
Where did you find this. Does it mention on appliaction to fill this form? I hadn’t seen this. How many other forms are needed?
Hey, I am not sure this is needed anymore. Tbh, I found this after I had googled what documents where required for the spouse visa and it was mentioned. I wouldn't have known it otherwise. But yeah, on the first application back in 2018, it didn't ask anything about the financial documents hence the Appendix 2 but now the online application does so the Appendix 2 is not required.
@@RuksanaAhmed thanks sis. How did u send the docs
At the time I sent the documents in by post which I have a video on: ruclips.net/video/ec4BbJcNtRg/видео.html
But now you have to upload the documents on the ukvcas website which I also have a video on for when we did our extension application: ruclips.net/video/HSwM6i3D2b4/видео.html
Great Video, Helped me alot
Ahsan Kamal Glad to hear it 😊
Hi, thank you so much for these informative videos. just a quick question do you also send sponsorship undertaking form (SU07)?
Hey Sajida, Thanks for watching them :). Yes, I did do one and it will be featured in one of my supporting documents videos that are yet to come. However, I was told on more than one occasion that the form is not necessary and is mainly for application to bring over a dependent but I didn't want to miss anything out (better to have more than too little), plus it is such a simple form to fill out it didn't really feel like it was a waste of time. Hope this has answered your question. Good luck with your application!!
thank you again. also the 2nd page about CERTIFICATE. did you get certify from a solicitor or is that for home office use only?
I left that page for the Home Office
Hello I am Applying for my Wife I done the online application and about to pay the NHS Charge but do you know of I still need the Appendix Form
The old application didn't have any financial questions and that is why they had the appendix 2 but now they are included in the online form so the appendix 2 is not needed.
Nice but which appendix(s) is needed for both children and spouse
Hi Juliet, I am so sorry but I am not sure about this. A solicitor may be able to help with this. Sorry
Thanks a lot , you saved my life with this video
Aww! Thank for you watching! Good luck with your application :)
Hi Ruks
Thanks for your videos .
Please clear my following doubt
Hi Ruks
How are you?
Need your advise in my following case
I completed one year and continue with my current job as on 25 September 2018 so I ticked 3A , category A under this . Past six months continuous employment from the day of application submition is enough ?
Otherwise should I choose category b and mention my previous job ( over six years in one establishment )
Please advise .
My annual salary is over £ 18,600 .
Hi...i have a question to u...i want to Apple a spouse visa...but have a problem that...i don't know anything about the applying process...is ILETS must for apply visa???...both husband wife necessary to complete a ILETS course???
Hi ruks&fam
I'm from Mauritius .me and my husband got married in Mauritius in October 2018.
Thank you so much for your help :)
What is vaf4a form
And what is appendix 2 form
Is that both same
Hi Rick anash are you a sponsor who is British citizen
@@RuksanaAhmed thank you
@@jaisrimoothedath4116 No problem 😊
I don’t have another spouse to make an updated video on 😆
@@RuksanaAhmed haha yes 👍🏻 one spouse is enough😄. Well thank you so much 😊
Haha, no worries ☺️
If the sponsor is a British citizen and not a person who settled in the UK, do i still have to fill it ? Thank you.
Hi, I’m not sure on that one to be honest. It’s best to look into that
Hi, I just wanted to ask on this appendix form did you put down this was an arranged marriage.
Hi, are you saying that the sponsor could be working overseas and still apply? 4:50
Oh
We have all the documents, me and my husband, but we did not make the wedding just respect of culture of my husband and a cause to the absence of his family
Is the wedding necessary to accept files ??
Oh that’s good to hear that you’ve got all of your documents sorted. A wedding reception isn’t necessary but will really help make your application stronger. But you can explain that you had a private ceremony and just registered the marriage and your reasons why in your sponsor letter and maybe include some pics of just the registry.
thank you so much
Hi, after filling out this Appendix 2, where do I send them? Usually they have an address in the end of the form but in this case there's none!
@@RuksanaAhmed she gets pay per hour
@@RuksanaAhmed thank you so much you're a good youtuber keep it up

My wife is in the UK she earns about 1500£ before tax on 4 week so thats 13 pays in a year is that enough for the 18.600 requierment
Hiya, that should be enough as she would get £375 per week, x52 will give her a total of £19,500 per annum.
hey Ruks, what about where it ask "DO YOU HAVE ANY INCOME OR SAVINGS THAT WILL BE STILL AVAILABLE TO YOU ONCE YOU COME TO THE UK?"
Hmm I’m not sure about that one as my husband was “supported by spouse”. I’d check my form for you but I’m actually on holiday and don’t have access to it at the moment. I’m so sorry!
Reala Talk why would someone ask person question about income 👀
Thank you.
www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/270484/VAF4A-Appendix2.pdf
I don’t think Sponsor need to sign any... only the applicant need to print the online application form and sign and date before to go to biometrics appointment
When sponsor do cover letter they do need to sign on that letter.
That clears it up. Thank you so much!
Emma no problem I’m sure Ruk will correct me if I’m wrong
Hi Jemshiya, yes that is completely fine to do. Probably better as the last wage slip cannot be more than 28 days old when you apply or when your husband has his biometrics 😊
Ruks&Fam will they get any confirmation after the biometrics that we need to add along with the paper work to send to sheffield
Ruks&Fam thankyou so much
Ruks i know im asking the same question over and over again, but the stress i have at the moment is making me think that when ever i ask this question no one seemed to understand the question, i just want re-confirm it once more.
Hi I am from Pakistan .i wanted to know about my visa status it’s been 11 months nearly ‘my husband from Birmingham he foned and emails 4 times ‘but every time they said it’s in process ‘I don’t understand why they taking so long ‘atlases they have to inform us what’s the reason or give me back my passport ‘cuz I want to go other country ‘honestly I’m stuck ‘it’s really frustrating ‘
If you can help me or advice me ‘
Want to know why they taking so long
I will wait for your reply
Take care
Hi Adeeba, thank you for watching my video! I am really sorry to hear you have been waiting soooo long, it really is unfair. Hmm, it seems your husband has tried his best. The only other thing I can think of is for him to contact his local mp and they can help you find out what is going on. Hope this helps and you find out soon, cuz 11 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Please keep me updated, good luck with your application :)
Ruks&Fam
Thank you so much for your advice 😘
Hello
Ruks&Fam.
about 1 year ago i have met Indonesian woman in the internet dating site.
we are talking whole days using the camera, i have visited her once for 1 month.
next year we plan to get married after saving enough money for the marriage and partnership/family visa.
the problem is im lack of 130 pounds to get the minimum income requirements, do u think finding second job as an extra income for next half/1 year will help to sort this problem?
and how do u think, hwat they might think about our relation based on video chats? even though we are going to get married.
thank u, Michal
Hi Michal, thank you for watching my videos. Talking on video chat is absolutely fine as long as you keep logs to prove that you talk regularly and are able to show the dates, time and duration then it will be fine. I would also suggest messages as well as calls. You should take some screenshots sometimes when you are on a video call. Aww, sorry to hear that you fall a little short but yes, getting a second job is definitely a way around it or you can see of you can do regular overtime at your current job. If you are paid hourly then that would help make up for it. Hope that helps answer your questions, good luck with your application :)
Hi, thanks for your videos!
Isn't the appendix 2 of VAF4A for North Korea application?
Appeciated
I can’t speak for North Koreans application but if you watch my walkthrough video, you will see it said on the form to make sure to fill out the appendix 2. I know things have changed a lot since we made the application so please read your forms carefully
Hi when can i start the application. Is there a wait period before marriage
Hello can you give me link to download the form
I have managed to use one of ur link to download the financial form but the second link for application form doesn’t work. I’m applying for the first time for my husband I will really appreciate your help
Hey, I'm a little confused. Do you want the link to the SU07 form?
SU07 www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/261405/sponsorship-form.pdf
Appendix 2 www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/270484/VAF4A-Appendix2.pdf
The online application isn't a pdf like the other two. You must create an account and register and then you can fill it in on the website. Register at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/account/register
Ruks&Fam thank you jajaka Allahu khair
I'm happy to help :)
Ruks&Fam I managed to print the financial form and now I can print the first form thank you
How many months required to call spouse to uk after the arrival of primary applicant?
Hi, thank you for watching and for your question. So after it is after you pay for you visa that you must allow 90 days for a decision. If the visa is approved, the applicant has around 28 days to travel to the UK. Hope this answers your question. Good luck with your application :)
Thanks..There is any restrictions for work? I mean for spouse?
Once here, the applicant has the right to work
it is possible to travel together applicant and spouse in uk?
I have not got a job or a flat yet do i need to do that for 6 months then apply ?
Aww, not long now then. I am so glad my videos have helped you through the process. Please keep me updated on your application :)
Hi can I ask what if u didn’t meet the minimum financial requirement of £18,600 can I still apply?
Hiya, yes you can definitely still apply. There are other categories you can apply under. Some show their cash savings as well, income through property that they let out, through pensions, you can also use a third party. It all depends on your situation. Unfortunately I'm not too confident to give you advice on how to go about applying under the other categories but a solicitor will definitely be able to help you with that. Hope I've somewhat answered your question. Good luck with your application :)
I have a property abroad will that count?
I'm not too sure really. I don't see why not as long as it is all under your name. You might need to double check.
Hey quick question i need help can some1 tell me if i change the person i care for will my spouse visa get rejected
Hey Sohaila, I’m not sure about this but hopefully someone on here can advise you. Personally, I would suggest that you make no changes 6 months prior to your application and until a decision is made.
Ruks&Fam its been more then 6 month its going to be 8 months
I don’t mean how long you’ve been caring for the person. Okay Have you made your application already or are you waiting a decision?
Ruks&Fam i no wat u mean sis i made application in october last year i done a status check and it say waiting for decision
I had a phone interview in january and so did my manager
can i start and submit online application before our nikah ? so i can get appointment timely after submission ?
Hi Hamza, thanks for watching! Yeah sure. Just make sure you have all of your supporting documents ready for then as well because you’ll only have 20 days to submit them after your appointment. Good luck with your application :) xx
Do they need employment letters or employment contracts
Hope this helps, good luck with your application :)
please can you help with application link
Hey, the link to the online application form? I have provided a link to it in the decription box. The link to the Appendix 2 form is there also.
hi it was amazing the way you tells us about appendix i got the point which i had missing in my form thanks alot for such a kind information... and sorry your background music is too loud was not easy to understand again thanks
Hi, thank you so much for watching!! I am glad it all made sense to you :). I know, it’s a shame about he music but I can’t remove it unfortunately. I have stopped putting music on from part 3 onwards, sorry if it annoyed you!
You must have hearing problem. Or little understanding of English. Her background music sound was absolutely fine. 😆
I'm full-time student in Uk, would I be able getting spouse visa for my wife?
Hi Amir, thank you for watching the video and leaving a comment. Unfortunately, I don't think you would be able to as you do not hold a UK citizenship yourself. Maybe you can apply for your wife to visit you when you graduate but I'm not sure on how any of that works. Please see a solicitor, they can advice you about the best option for your situation. Good luck with your studies!!
Hi thanks for your reply. I was born in Uk and I do hold a British citizenship myself.
Do you know how any of this works?
Hi sorry, I misunderstood. I thought your were saying that your were on a student visa. I'm not 100% sure but as a Student I think you are still required to show the financial requirements. You can meet them through savings, maybe bursaries or grants but if you are not earning, there's a lot of money you need to show to prove you can support your wife over the 2.5 years (£65,000 worth of savings for someone who doesn't work). Also the rules changed in Autumn last year and now you can meet the financial requirements from a third party. I think it's best you seek advice from a solicitor about this and they will be able to guide you.
Does they asked You, you and spouse have children?
Beautiful woman
Thank you Mamun, and thank you for watching the video!
Can I please to to u need your help please please
Hi, how can I help?
Excuse me how long they take for insurance number when you arrive to uk
Hi, thank you for watching my video. My husband had to wait for his NI number for about 6 weeks after he applied for it. Hope that helps :)
You are so rude. You are asking for some information. Ask nicely. Show some manners. Dh
@@RuksanaAhmed Ruks , You are super star and an angle , never seen such kind person putting so much efforts and made crystal clear videos explaining , E to Z and helping thousands , God bless and your Family. Hats off to you
