0:44 Cafecito, tranquilito. Great vibe. I usually prefer modern, but classic Spanish might be the way to go. Although, my preferred flow is: kitchen, dining, living, patio, pool, (beach or dock). Loving the content. Hopefully, do eight figure business in future, (I’m not there, yet), and get invited to the white party. ☺️
The closet in the primary room leaves a lot to be desired especially when you consider the entire floor was used for the primary bedroom. Overall, the house does seem cozy and comfortable.
I agree, this property would've been seen as being huge when it was built 20 years ago but with the mega Marbella villa boom it makes this property look modest (unlike the selling price!). I guess the main appeal is the secluded location.
But look at Villa Culinan to see the potential of a mature garden site, especially if you buy up neighbours. You can’t buy a mature landscape, which was the allure of Villa Culinan.

Depending on the plot size it’s a great development project set within mature grounds which made Villa Culinan such a gem.
