Today I went on Amazon to check their prices and I noticed that the Wally Micro wallet went from $30 ( 4 years ago) to $50. That's insane. It's definitely not worth $50
I ordered one of these wallets after first watching this review, I'm from the UK so we get a lot of coins. I used it for the first time today and it I really like it. I can reduce the amount of coins because I can dig them out one by one taking what I need. I'd been using a Bellboy Card Pocket and you have to tip the coins out to see them and often if there was a note I'd use that and pile more coins in from the change.. My Distil Union ZipWallet is a keeper
As an update it's possible to use as a billfold and have your notes folded under the pouch. The height of the inside is 3 inches or around 90mm so to be honest you can fold the notes twice and stand them up beside the pouch, there's room for it. You could get a few more cards either side too.
Liked the zipper design that goes all the way to the bottom but prefers Vaultskin's Mayfair exterior pull out card slot. Feels this slot is too close to the center line which spoils the design of the wallet. Good size for bigger notes. Still looking for an ideal zipper wallet.
@@arey256 I use a Mayfair. I've been pretty content with it. May get tough to zip up when holding many cards plus coins, etc. Couple things to point out - if you're OCD about bills getting creased like me, you're not going to be a fan, but still good. One thing I'd like to see improved on is the external slots seem too thick, so doesn't work so great with tap, so you have to pull out the card. Otherwise I'm rate it 7.5 - 8.
@@erranzimmermann1207 hmm that tap thing I’m not worried about that. How many cards are too much? Like 10? I won’t any coins so I’m good on that. How many times did you fold the bills?
@@arey256 I fold my bills in half, and place them close to the centre divider - fits within the fold of the gusset. If you're doing just cards and cash, 10 cards I think should be fine. Gets harder when you start adding coins or miscellaneous.
En enishi is the perfect zip one(Japanese).I'm pretty sure that one is you looking for. My personal problem is that I don't know how to order this wallet 😅
I wouldn't spend $89 for something mass produced like this. I would rather pay more for a hand crafted item from someone in the U.S. than giving more to China. My 2 cents.
I carry Ashland leathers zip wallet with the card holders on the outside ,the outside card holders are a new thing for them and I love it
Just looked up that wallet looks good
@@arey256 it’s really awesome made really very well
Whew that’s a pricey one at $185, that leather looks fantastic though!
Ive been looking for the version with the outside outside card holder, i cant find it!
Distil Union is an AWESOME wallet company and they deserve more love.

Mark, love the zip wallets! My favorite so far is the Pac-Man wallet from Rickshaw. Second is the Bellroy card pocket

The way the coin pocket floats, makes me wonder about putting cash under it, like the center of a bifold. Does that work, or is it impractical?

I am still rocking the grain wallet
What happened to the 3 wallets give away?
Review Life ventura RFID V-Fold i love your videos !!!

I want to get that Mayfair. How is it?

@3:07 what coin is that?
I still think that wallets should atleast have a coin slot. If it wont be used for coins, it can still be an emergency key slot
👍
Seems like a step forward in design. I sometimes live in coin based countries. But I don’t think I am going with a zipper.
A little too thick for front pocket carry. But still nice though.
I'm surprised your not doing the sin city leather Wallets you got
Nice design, but way too big.
A minimal version that holds 3 - 4 cards and cash, with an external slot would be ideal.

😂😂😂
I would be
Embarrassed to pull any thing out my pocket with a zipper on it
Pursetopia
😂
That's not a wallet, it's a purse.
Agreed
I second that. And this will not look good in a pants pocket. Might be good for people who carry a Fanny pack or bag.
Nothing from China.
When you open this wallet up it just reminds me of a woman’s beaver. Lmao. Silly design
