I’ve been thinking about starting my channel as a gaming channel. I might start with minecraft because I love it. I think on RUclips you should just post what you enjoy, it makes the career more fun.😊

Your right, we need a new reign of Minecraft RUclipsrs. After the dissipation of the DreamSMP there's been a huge void to fill but none of these small RUclipsrs are going anywhere! Only one I can think of is "ItsJim"

Good question! The other MC channel I ended up switching to a Borderlands channel and gained quite a bit of subs when Tiny Tina's Wonderlands released (about 4x the subs we had from doing Minecraft). The more subs you have, the more the click through rate from your existing subs starts to impact a video's performance. Posting MC content after posting Borderlands for months would have killed the borderlands and Minecraft content. So, I saved that channel for the next Borderlands game because that's what the audience is expecting and started fresh. If I had kept doing Minecraft content, I would have just improved the content there but that's not what happened :)
