I’ve noticed that Shadow Freddy didn’t take Toy Chica’s soul.
Because he already took hers in season 3 when her original costume was broken
She developed her own soul, and her old version was removed after she dropped her burnt head part back in Season 3.

Wait, MANGLE?! I think I know what happened when Mangle got attacked! She had created a program-the endoskeleton-and, like what happened to Nightmare before, her creation backfired, so she got attacked. That’s why she had been attacked.
Either that, or she is being controlled by Nightmare, even though she doesn’t want to be. Maybe Nightmare chose Mangle to work with him and she refused, there causing him to take control of her. There are a couple ways this could go.
Random Guy I think your second idea is correct, I mean in the Final Plan, Mangle was commanded to kill the night guard by Shadow Freddy, and lastly Mangle was transported to where Halloween Chica and Bonnie were which is really strange for that to happen
Doggo Games Exactly. It’s funny, back before Season 4 had even started I literally wrote a freaking essay in a comment section about Mangle being traitor because of Shadow Freddy being Nightmare. I had a theory of Shadow Freddy being Nightmare-which I turned out to be right-so I went off from there and realized Mangle had a deep connection with him, due to what happened in The Final Plan. That was something that really got me. And remember Season 3 episode Trapped Inside the Mind? In Chica’s memories, when Chica encountered Mangle, Mangle was being suspicious. And I realized that, just like in the Final Plan, her eyes were black. That was when she was controlled again...
But... in this episode... her eyes weren’t black... hm... I’ll look out for that for now and try to gather more clues...

I would like to point out that I still think Shadow Freddy and Nightmare are two different beings. The reason I say this is because one of the trailers actually show Nightmare killing Shadow Freddy. Not only that, but the season 4 trailer shows Shadow Freddy so it’s possible they’re different and Nightmare was disguising as him to destroy the animatronic’s trust in him

Mangle the fox SFM Who knows, the animatronics might ask why in the next episode. I’m just concerned what will Foxy do if he sees that Mangle is the traitor. And my other concern is what will happen to Mangle at the end of this situation of Nightmare? Foxy might be given a hard decision on who to join I’m guessing. But that should explain why Mangle shouldn’t be a traitor. We’ll know if it was actually her decision to be a traitor or Nightmare is actually controlling her.

I've seen SO MANY people say that Toy Chica isn't affected and wonder why that is, but if you look back at season 3, when Toy Chica changed to her new costume, the old and destroyed costume contained the soul and was the first that Shadow Freddy obtained, giving him the Nightmare hand.

So you remember in season 3. There was an empty toy chica head when she changed the costume. After that HER soul got back to its REAL owner (Nightmare). Argh, I was right all along! One year ago zajcu said there was a traitor and I started to look for clues. Every clue lead to mangle. Then zajcu started to make us think it was toy freddy or chica. But I still knew it was her. That scene with chica in trapped in the mind made her my number one suspect. (Mangle, I love you. Know at least you are going to be important to the story lol)

It’s funny, she was my very first suspect (Mangle) because back when Shadows of the Past was released I started looking for clues and found puzzle pieces to the fact that Nightmare was Shadow Freddy. Turns out that I was right. So then I worked further from that conclusion to seek for the traitor. And that’s when I had realized that Mangle has a deep connection with SF/Nightmare. Like in Season 2 episode The Final Plan, she was being controlled by SF.... or at least we thought so. Shadow Freddy we talking to Mangle to tell her to kill the night guard, and Mangle obeyed.
A lot of people think Mangle was controlled, but I think otherwise; the only way she could be controlled is if she had weird eyes and only if Shadow Freddy was not a shadow stuck in Freddy’s head.
Going back to the episode you were talking about-Trapped Inside the Mind-when Chica and Mangle had encountered each other, Mangle’s eyes were black, and I had realized that they were just like that in The Final Plan when Shadow Freddy commanded Mangle to kill the night guard. And since we know that that memory in that episode was set back in Season 2, we get what’s going on: she’s following Shadow Freddy’s command again. But we also know that this wasn’t during The Final Plan; this had to be before, but during the time the Fazbears and the Toys all had gotten along... except for Freddy. That means that this was before Hallucinations, where Freddy had decided to join everyone else’s side, but after the Trap 3, were Chica decided the join everyone else’s side. So something happened in between those two episodes, as they are adjacent in the timeline. And that’s when Mangle was, once again, being commanded. So she wasn’t commanded just once; she was commanded more than once, and each time commanded the plan didn’t work, until The Final Plan. It’s pretty interesting that if you go deep into the series you find out somethings that are kinda surprising.
I could kinda go on and on about this series, but I’m writing too much. Sorry for the long comment!

It all makes sense about Mangle being the traitor. From The Final Plan episode, Shadow Freddy (Also known as Nightmare) privately called Mangle during the final scenes, and we never saw Mangle till the animatronics were moved to the pizzeria from Season 1.
