I was in Poznan 1 week ago. The old town is absolutely amazing with lot's of nice buildings, bars, restaurants and friendly people. A great place to go. Unfortunately the whole town is undergoing a massive reconstruction work. Once that's finished I'm certain it will be a super beautiful city - so I think best is to come back in summer 2024. By then it should be all done.
