on the full trailer, u can see lsplash (or redibles idk) on a minecart, I think that's thats the chase of screech worm, and I think there will be a hole in the nearby walls for screech worm to stretch his tentacle to grab you, to avoid it you need to crouch on the mine cart, and there was an animation you could look back,look right, look left.

EYE. oh and also it was confirmed in floor 1 due to seek's eyes in plain sight above the elevator which leads to the depths of the hotel.

My theory is at room 150, Figure and the Screech worm will be there. There are some specific moments when the screech worm rises up that its tentacle to reach the player. It will open its eyes and drags a random player down to the bottom of the pit killing the player. You can avoid its attack by when the screech worm opens its eyes, shine a light at his eye forcing him go back down to the bottom. It will appear in rooms 150, 200 and rooms that has a very large hole. You can detect it once the worm laughs or rumbles the ground. In specific rooms you can hear the screech worm move to another place.
here's my full opinion on screech worm and figure's appearance. Since figure comes back on floor 2, I believe it would become the main obstacle in doors and that there will be a deeper lore on it. The screech worm leak sparks a great idea in my mind, screech worm might have been a prime version of screech that didn't have any influence with seek's goo. Screech worm's appearance also gave me an idea that each floor will have a boss that focused on the lore of each primary entity in doors. Besides the bosses, I also think that doors would have the same situation as a certain game that I wouldn't mention where you'll progress deeper into the abyss before returning to the surface again. any complaints can put in reply, I will try to edit it.
i think maybe there would be a huge pit in the middle of door 150 and he will function kind of like screech where he will slowly rise out of the pit and you have to look at him to scare him back in
I think that screech worm will act a little bit similar to screech my idea is while the player is doing a task to escape the room screech worm can come out of one of the massive holes and some visual or audio cue will indicate it and the player will then have to look for screech worm and once you're looking at it, it will then get scared (just like screech) and hide in the hole if it has an audio cue I think it will be a louder psst sound or the laughing you hear at the end of the trailer but if it's a visual cue I think it would be the room getting dark as screech can only come in dark rooms or it could be both.
I kinda hope figure returns at door 50, just to get completely whooped by the screech worm. I don’t hate figure, he’s actually one of my favorites, but if they reuse him for ever door 50 and/or door 100 it’ll get repetitive

i feel like there would be alot of rooms with cliffs on the sides or just parts in general that lead to nowhere, you have to look very closely in the pits if you see eyes glowing in the distance. if you dont look at him and scare him away (like the normal screech) the tentacle would grab you n drag you in there

My theory is that in room 150 screech worm will come out from big caves or big holes then screech worm will solely follow you where you are and there are light bulbs that you need to put in the power thingy and then he will get more weak if you do that and he will move his tentacles all over the big holes or caves if put the light bulbs in all the power thingys then screech worm will get zapped and the door will open . Screech worms jump scare is taking you with his tentacle and putting you in his big holes and then turning you in to goo when he bites.
Theory:In the trailer, we saw figure and I think he chase us down in door 180 to 200,but in door 200 there’s a massive hole in front of us,it means it’s a dead end.Figure hears our heartbeat but there’s a closet you can hide from figure. The ground shakes and something laughs…this is the appearance of the “screech worm” figure heard and growls and the screech worm appeared and they fight to the death. The screech worm using its tentacles to hit figure and hits him, this gives us time to escape but the screech worm left figure and chased us,he will poked some holes in the wall,to avoid it,simply duck down, we saw an elevator and we got in just in time this time we are going up.
