A lot of technically proficient players out there but not many who can be actually musical and creative with it. These guys just kill it on a creativity level. Also love how they keep a thread of rock and driving that rhythm and beat no matter how crazy they get with the technique. Keep it rocking while blowing your mind at the same time. Pentatonic Blues scale to the max! If you've ever wondered how creative one can be with that basic scale, here it is, in all it's splendor. Both of these musicians visualize the freakin' skeleton of their fretboards! I know early on, she listened to a lot of Stevie Ray. They even did a few Stevie Ray covers, the first time they came to the US. Funny how some people can use that scale and make you wanna vomit. And then there are those that know how to emote. This young lady definitely knows how to emote! Hell, it oozes out of her pours! The Pentatonic Blues scale, in the right hands, is magical. It can make you smile, or it can make you cry. I'm an old professional guitarist, 62. I loved Stevie Ray, I loved Hendrix, I loved Healy and even old BB and Albert King. Now, I love Haruka. This young lady makes me sit back and smile, and that's the biggest compliment I could ever give anyone. Absolutely amazing!
