Thank you for responding and posting this fantastic work, which I'm watching in the palm of my hand, lying here in my little corner of Brazil! Congratulations and lots of success!
Can't believe it's a M4/3 does that ! magnifique vidéo with awesome skills, I'm a Canon C70 owner and your footage when it's good to master gives a superb result like that
Although the GH7 just came out, the GH6 is still a beast! Considering getting this one as my entry camera into LUMIX! Amazing Videos btw! You’re a great film maker !
I bought a GH6 after watching your videos a few months ago! You showed us whats possible with MFT cameras! Thanks for the inspiring content, Keep it up! 😎
Rowe Films absolutely exceptional work as always. You are in my top ten RUclips channels for filmmaking. I would like to send some links of some of the filmmaking RUclips channel's I watch as I think you might find a few of them interesting. Some are from South Korea and Japan
Hi, Tommy, amazing video. Just got the GH6, filmed something in my backyard, Vlog, I followed all the rules, applied some Rec709, mingled with the settings...The result looks like crap. I have a long way to go. I wanna buy your LUTS, but I am curios which one from your packages you used on these weddings. Also, how important is the Black pro mist in all this amazing look? Thank you
Hi Adrian, thanks mate. If you're not happy with results, keep playing with it. My number one piece of advice for shooting in log is to get a good exposure. Following the 'Expose To The Right' method often does the trick. If things look muddy, it's likely underexposed. I don't actually use those LUTs in my wedding work (except the smoky backlit shot of the couple - that was The Storm LUT). I have a different LUT that I developed for the majority of my wedding work, but that one isn't for sale currently bud!
As always, Absolutely phenomenal. I think I remember you using Final Cut to edit. What aspect ratio do you open your projects in to fill in my entire iPhone screen? I open my projects in custom with 3840 x 1920, but it doesn’t look as pristine as yours!
Thanks! The grade I've used here is one of my own custom LUT's that I've built from scratch, and tweaked lots over the years. Then finished with FilmConvert
As a wedding videographer who used the GH5, I'm wondering if you've ever encountered the streaking issue that other people have reported? I love the image from the GH6, but am just concerned about that.
Ive only experienced it once when shooting towards a window in a dark lit room. Its not really a concern for me. Can highly recommend the GH6. Huge improvement
Hi, I want to ask something very important to me about GH6. I do night events (concerts, weddings) with low lights, in my Fuji XT3 I use ISO 3200- 6400 in concerts, my question is, would be enough GH6 for low lights iSO 6400 as maximum for recording without noise? Or I must go for LUMIX S5 or S1H in this case? Do you have an example of low light recording with GH6?
Personally I haven't needed to push the ISO that high yet, however I'm sure it would perform well. I have been up to 3200 in really dark conditions and the footage looks great. Of course if low light performance is very high up on your list of priorities, you may be better off with one of the S Series, however the compromise there would be missing out on the GH6's amazing functionality and specs.
Hey man ! May I ask how you stabilize all your footages ? They all seem perfectly well stabilized Btw wonderfull work, I really admire your artistic vision 😳
@@RoweFilms I would like to achieve such a great color grade. I saw you used your custom LUTS, may I ask wich of them ? I also saw you recorded everything internally, was it ProRes ? Thanks for your time and answers :)
@@RoweFilms awesome work! Did you use any full stock for Filmconvert? Usually i use Filmconvert film stock to transform to rec709 then grade it to my look. It’d be interesting if you can share with us how you do it 😊
@@mohdfirdaus9050 thanks. I kinda use it the other way round. I grade to my look first, and then finish with filmconvert. Mostly just for the grain emulation, with a bit of a further colour tweak to taste. Usually very subtle
@@RoweFilms I loved this film and all of your others you've posted with the GH6! I just upgraded from the GH5 and am waiting for mine to arrive, I'm wondering how you are pulling your focus, is it with a follow focus or just using the focus ring on your lenses? Cheers
MASTERPIECE!!!
This is super awesome video. Yes GH6 is awesome. I do love MFT..

Thanks man all the best to you 👍
Love a video that affirms my commitment to MFT. That said, I have a long way to go before I match this talent on any camera.
Thanks and keep it up! You can do it
Looks very good! Shots are incredible. I’d bet big money that no matter what camera you used, the shots would still look epic.
Thanks very much! 🙏

Stunning. Thank you for sharing. You really inspired me to pick up my gh6 and go create.
Good to hear mate 👍🏻
Asked for a wedding video and bro produced a short movie trailer

It looks perfect! what encoding did you use? 4k 60 10bit - 422, v-log?

Ah cool yeah please do man go ahead 👍
This is beautiful
I'm thinking to get a new cam
And seeing this ... 👌
Other one is the FX30
I am spilt between the two as well, FX30 is mostly superior less 1. IBIS 2. directly external SSD 3. prores 4. better slow motion.
@@johnso2399 There's no one does all but rather have the most boxes ✅
All good stuff, but its LUMIX for me all the way
Very impressed!!!! 🎉😊. In 2023 would get gh6 or BGH1 ?
Depends really but on the whole, probably GH6 as the specs are more advanced being a newer camera.
@@RoweFilms thanks 🙏 keep posting your vidéo are 👍
Looks great. Still deciding to either get the GH6 or S5 to go with my GH5.
I've used every LUMIX camera going now, and my recommendation would definitely be the GH6
@@RoweFilms Thanks, good to know. At least it would go with my existing lenses.
@@daveyt51 yeah exactly that. Will slip straight in to your existing setup 👍🏻

Cheers mate
MOV, and yes 👍🏻

Can't comment on auto settings, never used them!

Did you use an anamorphic lens?
You just made me wanna go get a gh6 😭
Do it!
This footage looks so soft and cinematic. Did you use pro mist filter or anything else?

I dislike most of the GH6 footage available, except this one and a few. I think the vintage lens has tamed the "digital look" very well.
Did you have to use lighting? Or just natural light?
This is crisp! What lense(s) did you use?
Thanks! Sorry forgot that one. Just added them in the description 👍
