When I started producing on software, Violent Breathing was one of my first remixes back in 2004. I remastered it a year later (available in one of my Patreon packs) and have hoped to make an update for well over a decade. I try to update any remix that sounds dated or flawed in any way. My knowledge and standards have improved over the years, and there are still a selection of tunes I hope to bring up to my current experience.
One of my lesser favourites in the original version. Here, the Up& Up Version doesn't do that much for me, but the 2004/05 remix I absolutely love, breathes a complete new life into this track! Also adore the beginning and end. Your remix with the Art Gallery Theme from Streets of Rage 4 is also great. So, despite not being a fan of the middle section, for me, you breathed a whole new life into this track
Let's hope this or your Name Entry remix from Super Hang-On makes it at least to the finals of RadioSEGA's Fan Remix Choice of the year. Your Tetris remix is brilliant and is indeed a worthy winner.
@@Iceferno Oh yeah, your Green Hill remix is really good. I think Rexy might've chosen your Tetris remix because I don't think it get's as much coverage. It's something different compared to the 100s of Green Hill Zone remixes.
Great! My favorite theme from the first title that makes up this great saga (which can be inconsistent, but honestly it will always be great). I really love the remix you managed to do, not only of the song itself, but also how you remixed it with its (at least theoretically speaking from speculation and theories) beta counterpart: Up & Up, a track that gives it that beautiful touch. of mystery and danger, at least because of how you applied it here and the other, I know that it is a prototype track which I do not remember its name, but everything as a whole was beautiful, I have always admired your work Icey. Always 20% cooler than average.
Thanks! The closing minute was adapted from Skyscraper Night. There's a very similar proto track called Quiet Insanity which introduces something of a verse about 30secs in. It kinda sounds like something I would've done for SOW, very melodic. You can find out what other references I make in this remix in the description.
It's really cool to see you come back to some of your old works and improve what you think should be. Shows how much you've grown as an artist, and it does make for some cool different works of yours!
It honestly never occurred to me. lol I wanted to keep this one purely SOR1 as it's a meaningful track to me, and also being that it's the 30th anniversary this year.
You never disappoint 👍 BTW Could you do a Streets of Rage 1+2+3 remix of Fillmore (Actraiser)? The music in Actraiser is composed by Yuzo Koshiro. He also arranged the music in the remake, Actraiser Renaissance.

That remix is what made me subscribe
@@rahatalam86 Welcome 🙂
Love your remixs Thanks
Even the inverted version is here. Talk about a complete remix.
Had to be done. lol While not every Street Safer Go inversion sounds right, I was pleasantly surprised by VB and Fighting In The Street in particular.
Musical heaven bro
Much appreciated. 👊
Holy shit, the actual WWE channel commenting here? Awesome!
OMG THIS REMIX IS AWESOME !
Thanks a lot!
@@Iceferno you're welcome !
Hype!
An under-rated masterpiece. Your content is always gold. Man, I wish more people would check your work out.

I actually hoped my Green Hill remix would be chosen last year lol But I'm very grateful for the win.

Love streets of rage stuff
6:22 Ouuhh strong Soul II Soul - Keep On Moving vibes
Yep, that comes from Yuzo's Skyscraper Night, which was inspired by it.
Beautiful!!
This remix is pretty good one of my favorite themes from streets of rage 1 and you made it even better. Keep up the good work man

Kind of sounds like Violent breathing if it were set in an ice cavern. you really brought the ICE to this track, iceferno
I guess it was inevitable. lol Thanks
This remix does not get enough love out of the remixes you've done for this game. Fantastic work!
It's still relatively new, as is my one of The Last Soul, but thank you. 🙂
Wow that many Reverb on it, love it!!✨✨🌟🌟🎶
Iceferno never disappoints, warm regards from iraq
Oh yesssss, I am pumped for work now I've got this to listen to ✌️
Man you've been putting out hits for as long as I can remember bro. Glad I followed this account when I did.

Omg, this remix is 🔥, especially the last 2 minutes! Amazing job!
Thanks! I still can't believe I finished it. Been wanting to make this for years. lol
Yes!!!! More greatness!!!!
Awesome!!
I don't know what you were smoking when you made this but, the last part 😇😇😇
No drugs needed. 🧠
Ice is the drug❤☺️
Loved the inclusion of Up & Up. Great work Ice. 👍
Amazing work dude
Awesome remix, bro!👍

This has been a top priority for me for many years. I'm glad I finally did it to a level I'm happy with.
Fantastic work,Iceferno! 👍
Hardest mix since turning point got turned into end point, then virtical point
Elle est incroyable !!! 👾👾✨✨
OH LET'S GO ICEFERNO PRO!!! IT'S SEXY TIME!!!!
Been a big fan of the game and must admit this remix is pretty cool thanks for posting keep up the excellent work buddy really love it! :)
👍👍👍💯💯
Awesome
Cool!!!
WOOYAH!
Makes me wanna dust the cobwebs off my rollerblades
the best elevator music
I would have suggested a Reverse Engineering and putting An Exhibition into the mix, but this rocks as is.

I did a harpsichord version of Fillmore. A SOR1-3 version is a bit much to ask, and I feel I've done what I can with Fillmore anyway. But thank you.
@@Iceferno Sorry. I kinda thought it was a long shot.
Anymore streets of rage tracks you got on the way?
The Last Soul is in the works. I also hope to do a few others.
@@Iceferno first time I’ve heard few of the SOR1 tracks that didn’t make it on the game which I liked up and up and skyscraper night
Is this track available for purchase?
If you buy an original track from iceferno.bandcamp.com, I can send the remix as an extra.
@@Iceferno I bought two, Emerald Grove and Onslaught IV :)
@@mortalkombatfan786 Thanks! I'll prepare a link.
@@Iceferno Thank you very much :)
had a shit day... damn that part at 2:30 is nice tho
Hi Iceferno you can remix
Crazy Train SOR3😀
Maybe, it's not a favourite of mine.
@@Iceferno oh ok i am understand can you remix cycle I
:D
@@Ambatukamaaaaaa Now Cycle I is a favourite of mine. lol I've been considering something in the style of Sam Sharp (Sander van Doorn).
Great remix this is my favorite SOR tracks could i use this in the streets of rage redux mod?
Absolutely! I'd be honoured. :)
@@Iceferno thanks so much!!!!
I'm upset that round 6 is missing from the playlist ( my favorite round) can you add it to the playlist or link me to it?
I haven't remixed Round 6. Not sure I ever will, because there's so little to work with.
@@Iceferno that's unfortunate. I enjoy your remixes you've done either way
Cool!
👍
