My emotions about this went from totally cringe at the beginning, to I Love It by the end. I have often wondered what E would have done with the Graceland updates had he lived and I must say I think this is about right. I love it and hope the family has many happy years in their home. I have often thought Elvis would have built himself a large garage for a car collection if he had lived. Great video Billy and thank you to the family for letting us have a peek inside.
I remember the day Elvis died, I had just got home if I remember it was around 2-3 pm when the AP interrupted on the tv announcing that Elvis had died. It was like time stood still-couldn’t believe what we were hearing. It was totally devastating and honestly couldn’t accepted at the time, but it was real! This lovely couple have something to be proud of, they done a great job of the Graceland lookalike. Hope they prosper from it big time! Thanks again Spaguy for another “Keeping Elvis alive & in our thoughts!!!

There's really not enough words to say how exciting and spiritual it felt when we were upstairs. Spa guy and Trey we respect and love both of you so much for bringing it to us. I respect the fact that Lisa Marie never wanted anyone to go up into her father's room I pray that it stays that way. But the people that showed you in their home we're gracious and we all thank him for that. I think everything was perfect definitely going to save this and watch it over and over again. Sending blessings prayers love and hugs to you and Trey and your families
100% agree. His room was special Lisa and even the rest of his family I'd think.. It was the only place that was truly private for him and his family. Plus for security reasons. It definitely should still stay private and off limits to fans. I am a bit concerned that with this home being built to replicate The Mansion it will take some of the mystery out of things. The house won't be open for tours , but only for weddings because it is their home, which I think is great. Loved going on this tour with The Spa Guy. I definitely will be saving this and watching over and over.

Fantastic. They have a gem. Billy, our imagination can go crazy with the things they could do above and beyond weddings. The Elvis movie could have been filmed here in good o'l Tennessee instead of Australia. Good work man.

Thanks Billy! This is truly special for all Elvis fans! Can’t believe this Just Pretend Mansion is in Tennessee just like Graceland! This couple has something gorgeous as their home ! You guys are really amazing to find this venue! The upstairs is way bigger than I imagined! Wonder if Priscilla and Riley have seen this place! Somehow they could have designed the Guest House like this mansions upstairs but I think they want to keep it private forever! The couple is a lot younger than I thought. It was more modernized than what I was thinking but still cool. He lightened up when talking about how much his own father likes it and at the end when you complimented him. I had to pause the video and think about where things are to imagine it. Thank you for the tour. 🙂🦚

Absolutely one of the best video's you've done if Elvis could see it I think he'd really like it this was great I had to tell you. You can see the care these people put in to having this built and they did a great job.
I truly believe Elvis would be proud of what you've done here. Such a tribute, even with the modern touches, time marches on and Elvis would have redecorated to fit the times, much like you did. I never knew that when I grew up I would be such an Elvis fan but you can't help but love the man for his generosity alone, not to leave out how down to earth he was. When I was a kid, my Uncle Ed came home with Elvis and Priscilla's wedding picture and it was signed. I just did not believe it was really Elvis's signature and after my uncle passed on I threw that thing away. Now I wonder if it was possibly real. I'll never know. My Uncle was a musical savant and Elvis along with Jerry Lee Lewis were his ultimate favorites. We had a Grand Piano that my Uncle could absolutely dance on those keys. He didn't read sheet music. He played by ear and it was an incredible talent.
I think it's beautiful what you've done here and it may very well be your legacy. It will also hold its value. So many fans out there, should you decide to sell it, it will definitely be a sellers market when it comes to this house! Great Job!!!!

I never would have thought there was a bar upstairs in Elvis's office, and I'd always thought behind those doors upstairs went straight into Elvis's room. That's amazing ❤
There was not a barb that is a recreation of the tv room in the basement..
That area in the real Graceland is Elvis' office. As Spa Guy said, in the replica here the guy didn't need an office that big so he made it a TV room, using the actual TV room in Graceland's basement as his inspiration for the way he decorated it.

Unbelievable Billy! Thanks to you and Trey for sharing this experience for all Elvis fans. They did such an awesome job replicating the Graceland Mansion. Some would say that it should never have been built out of respect to the Presley's and Elvis's legacy. But I'm so happy that it was, and happier for the new owners. I wonder if they'll decorate the outside for the Holidays like the real Graceland. I know Elvis loved the decorations at Graceland when he was home in Memphis for the Holidays.

I think they did a great job of keeping it very original, but changing a few things for various reasons. Elvis was very fashionable, if he still lived in Graceland he may have made some of the same minor modernizations himself. Very cool to see, thanks for the great videos! If others don't know there's also a video at Trey's channel!
