How young and fresh the band appears sensational. My boyfriend invited me to a club LaBrea 35+ ago. So sweet, the best I've ever known the first the last just like yesterday.
Not at all. I would say their peak or prime as a band was between 1989-1999. After that, they struggled making good songs and they never got back in the saddle. Not unlike most bands doing great early in a decade. New Decades often kill off genres and bands brutally.
I'm a little older I saw them in their prime in 1976 the rocks tour .I was in the 6th grade and they came to Hawaii saw them again on the rock in the hard place tour with Crespo. Saw them again in 84 the back in the saddle tour .saw um in 87 permanent vacation tour ,saw um on the get a grip tour and the honkin on Bobo tour .Then the last time was Vegas run at MGM .
Steven actually combed his hair during this era , don't know what kind of deal he's got going on now with the matted dog look. He looked really good here.
I believe this was filmed at the Masonic Temple ( Concert Hall) in Toronto)... It was broadcast on CTV sometime in the late 90s early 2000s.....been looking for this for a long time...
Nine Lives . The last good album they made and it was the worst of the bunch. Still they were solid as f at the time after all those years in studio and touring. I saw them in 94 and it was and still is the best concert I have attended. Even beats Metallica and Pink Floyd in 88.
