This was a fantastic episode! The opening scene with Loki time-slipping through different timelines was visually stunning and set the tone for the rest of the attack. The scene where Loki meets his past self is both funny and heartwarming. It was interesting to see how much Loki had changed and grown throughout the series. I thought "Science/Fiction" was a fantastic episode of Loki. It was well-written, well-acted, and visually stunning. I can't wait to see what happens next! The post-credit scene features an audio-only stinger in which Zaniac can be heard saying, "You died, insert a coin, LOSER!". The line "You died, insert a coin, LOSER!" is a direct reference to the Zaniac arcade game, in which the player must continue to insert coins to continue playing after their avatar dies. The arcade machine that Loki and Sylvie see in the episode is the same one that appears in the post-credit scene. The post-credit set also includes a visual Easter egg for Tony Stark. When Zaniac says "You died, insert a coin, LOSER!" the camera zooms in on the arcade machine, revealing a reflection of Tony Stark's face on the screen. The main way in which the episode references the TVA visually is through A.D. Doug's timeline. A.D. Doug's workshop is almost identical to OBs in the TVA, complete with a hanging structure similar in design to the Temporal Loom. Whatever the reason, the fact that A.D. Doug's workshop is built almost identically to OBs in the TVA is a significant visual reference that connects the different timelines and realities of the MCU. It also suggests that the TVA may have a greater influence on the multiverse than we previously thought. The title card for this episode was a clever way to foreshadow the events of the episode. The title card shows the letters of the word "Loki" disappearing and reappearing, which symbolizes the way that Loki's timeline becomes fractured and unstable throughout the episode. The inclusion of Alcatraz in Loki Season 2 was a great idea. It was a fun and unexpected twist, and it added a lot of depth to the series. the show's exploration of Alcatraz by showing Casey's variant, Frank, as an inmate of Alcatraz prison who is planning an escape. This is a great way to connect the different timelines and realities of the MCU, and it also allows the show to explore the theme of second chances. The line "If they catch us they're gonna gut us like fish!" that Frank says in this episode of Loki Season 2 is a direct reference to the interaction between Loki and Casey in the show's premiere episode. This is a clever callback that not only serves as a humorous nod to fans of the show but also highlights Loki's character growth. Loki's time-traveling between Alcatraz, B-15's hospital, Ouroboros' lab, Mobius' jet ski store, and McDonald's is a brilliant method to connect the show's various characters and storylines. It also emphasizes the MCU's interconnection and the reality that even seemingly trivial occurrences can have a rippling impact on the multiverse. Loki's time-slipping is a compelling ability, and it can change the course of history. With this new power, Loki could travel back in time to fix his mistakes, or he could travel to the future to see what lies ahead. He could also use his time-slipping to create alternate timelines, which could help explore different possibilities and outcomes. I am excited to see how Loki uses his time-slipping in the future. It could be one of his most potent and versatile abilities. It will be interesting to see how the MCU writers and directors develop this new power and use it to tell stories. OB writing his instructions to build a TemPad is indeed an Ouroboros-like paradox. It is a self-referential loop that is both fascinating and perplexing. On the one hand, it suggests that O.B. is knowledgeable and resourceful. He can create a complex device like a TemPad from scratch, even without the help of the TVA's advanced technology.

This episode was bonkers! I'm glad we saw their lives before the tva and how Loki can control his time slipping just makes the stakes high for the sixth one.

Kang the Conqueror is a true paradox. He is a man who has created his own destiny and is trapped within a cycle of time travel and causality.

It is certainly possible that the MCU will make Loki a hybrid of his God of Stories and Avenger Prime identities in the future. This would be a very interesting direction to take the character, and it would have a lot of potential for storytelling. As the God of Stories, Loki is a master of deception and manipulation. He is also a very intelligent and resourceful character. Avenger Prime, on the other hand, is a powerful and heroic figure who is dedicated to protecting the multiverse. Combining these two identities would create a very unique and complex character. Loki would still be a trickster god, but he would also be a force for good in the universe. He would be able to use his cunning and intelligence to help others and defeat evil.
