@@digitaldjtips I just double checked to see if I had been using the included power supply without needing it, it didn't power up with USB. The Mixtrack Platinum FX is USB powered but it is only 2 channels, you can control 4 decks with it, but with just 2 channels it's kind of a useless feature.
Hi, great video and I'd like to say I started DJing with a visual imparement back in 89, with technic SLs and Numark mixer, did mobile discos and a few small clubs. Now just a hobbiest and digital DJ gear is improving every day! My sight loss meant I was unable to read any print and worked from memorising my record crates and earphone cuing. Now VDJ has screen reader support as does Live 12. I believe NI may also be looking at accessibility for Traktor like they have for their keyboards and now maschine. The future for people with disabilities gets better with technology and more leading companies are looking to improve accessibility.
Phil, can you use your influence to have Serato increase the font of the messages/warnings/errors at the bottom left of the screen? Thank you in advance.
I wish I had so much influence! I've been asking them to not charge hundreds for Pitch'n Time but I can't get that change, so I doubt I could get this one.

The NS4FX is not USB powered
Pretty sure the mains adaptor is optional, could be wrong though, it has been known!

I am a sound installer I never setup in mono why all the processors have stereo output and it sounds better.
