Great footage. I'd like to go back in time right now...Jimmy used the bow pretty much from day one. I was never a big fan of the bow but it worked for him.
Think I recognise these . Tony Joe White (used to play with just a drummer) Delaney and Bonnie (with Dave Mason), BB King , Led Zep, Ten Years After. This was weeks after Woodstock. Another weekend, another festival!
IF this is Texas Pop 1969 , they had Joplin , Johnny Winter , Zep doing a killer set , Sly , lots of other rock and blues legends . The Zep soundboard tapes are pristine . That means someone has the rest of the festival tapes . Where is the 3 LP vinyl set ??
Yep, a young Boby Keys and Carl Radle on bass, the bassist for Derek and the Dominoes and many other projects. The only other I recognized was Grand Funk, except maybe at 3:00 was that Jeff Beck? What a concert!!!
Looks like a stellar lineup -- Delaney & Bonnie, B. B. King, Led Zeppelin to name a few. The last act looks like a vocal pop group - maybe the Grass Roots.
Yes! But Todd Rundgren had left the band by then. Believe it or not it's Rick Nielsen, later of Cheap Trick, on guitar. ruclips.net/video/4V4g2VeN4iQ/видео.html
Led Zeppelin without sound is like Ray Charles watching TV.
Yes😅indeed

All material we see here comes from the same 8mm film reel? I mean, is the performers sequence correct? Thanks for posting! It's a real gem!
August 30, 31 & Sep 1st, two weeks after Woodstock.
That same weekend there was a festival in New Orleans as well as the second Isle of Wight festival in England.
