You don't even bother inserting English subtitles for your own journalist (the narrator) who speaks in such a thick accent that is barely understandable, but yet you had English subtitles for your documentary on Malaysia when the locals featured in that documentary spoke perfectly understandable English.
I had some difficulty understanding at the beginning but then my ears adapted, he could benefit from some accent reduction classes.
