The PSI King, also known as Helmut Fullbear, sings "Cosmic I/Smell the Universe" with his band at the Feast of the Senses. For this video, I've also included the scenes where Helmut goes through his memories to remember that his friends hadn't forgotten about him and he gains the courage to fight back against the nightmare Maligula being in his mind. I thought this was a very important scene that a lot of people left out when they were posting the PSI King sing videos and it's one of the best parts from this mental world.

Listening to Jack Black's voice in this kills whatever doubt you may have had about him playing Bowser.

No damn way i only realized in an online video that this guy was Jack Black. He plays Helmut so well I could only see the character. He's got such a distinctive voice that I didn't think I'd ever miss it, but Holy crap hes an incredible voice actor. And regular actor, and musician, RUclipsr, etc

It honestly took me until the wedding part of Bob's Bottles to realize that Helmut and Bob were a couple. But the idea was definitely there and the earlier hints are really cute.
Same here. i had suspected but i didnt think id actually see a canon married queer couple. it was a very delightful surprise!!!
Pause at 1:30 to see some very overt hint towards them being gay (the ear represents Bob Zanato)

When eye!Ford speaks to Helmut after you banish the Maligula memory, I wonder if that's what Ford actually said to Helmut's brain after finding it? That "after I figure out what to do with Lucy" doesn't really make sense outside of the context of that aftermath. Makes that one memory vault even more tragic either way.

I was genuinely surprised Psi King was Helmut Fullbear. I was too focused trying to find out why his voice is so familiar without looking it up. I wasn't so surprised to find out it was Jack Black in the end though, his voice rocks. Just finished the game today and it was a blast. :>
This whole cinematic takes on a whole new feeling when you watch it after beating the game.

On the one hand, I get what you're saying. On the other hand, you have to realize that, for Helmut, that moment is about REPRESSION. He's repressing these feelings, trying to shut them down, but he overdoes it and tries to shut it out entirely, locking himself into his own little universe instead of facing the problem head on.

I wish there was some way to replay the story bits of levels without just making a brand new save file, i would've loved to replay this and several other levels instead of exploring the same areas looking for THAT ONE DAMN FIGMENT
On Xbox you should be able to go back to each mind using the brain-tumbler like the one in Sasha's lab after you've beaten the game. Hope that helps.

@@workthecatwalkable You can do it on PC as well, the thing is even if you go to the Brain-Tumbler you can visit the levels and find stuff that you missed but you cannot replay the missions that were in those levels, and the only way you can replay anything is to create a New Game.
It hits different when you see that vault as Lucy, with Maligula trapped inside.

Me when I’m stressed
I was blown away with this song (played in VR with UEVR mod) i had to show it to my mother. She was like whos singing that? I was like i dont know some actor. Shew said she thoght its some famous singer thats how good it was. Than i found out it was Jack Black. I came to her MOM it was a famous singer Jack Black. AWESOME
