I do like Dossier perfumes for the most part. I bought 5 but had to return 3 and I wrote honest and respectful reviews on all 5 of them and included the reasons I had to return the 3. One of the reviews I gave a 3 star due to it smelling like body odor on me (I attributed to my body chemistry not compatible in my review but at least two other reviews right after mine said the same thing) and the other 3 star review was because the scent does not smell like the inspired perfume and the lasting power was poor. Dossier removed my reviews that weren't 5 star review and as well as other people who thought a specific perfume smelled like BO. I wanted to buy more because I think they are overall they have good products and but I just can't agree with their business practice that remove honest reviews.
TFS. If you're asked for your opinion, it should not have been removed. Apparently the consensus of opinion didn't suit them. I rely heavily on a pattern of pros and cons. It is a significant factor in anything I purchase on line......not just fragrances.
I'm curious which one smelled like BO to you...as well as the other two that you didn't care for. I have a feeling they may be hit or miss with how close their dupe gets to the real thing. Sometimes that is a good thing (I actually prefer their version of wood sage & sea salt and Gabrielle Chanel) but if they are deleting helpful critical perfumes that really stinks and is super shady. I would love to know which ones you were unhappy with as it is helpful to know which ones to avoid since they remove critical reviews.
@@ContessMcgee The 2 I kept were Baccarat Rouge 540 inspired (spot on perfection) and Mugler Alien inspired (not sure what the original smells but they did a wonderful job on this fragrance). The 3 I had to return were Le Labo Santal 33 (nothing wrong with the fragrance just not my personal style), Le Labo Rose 31 (smelled like BO on me) and Armani Aqua di gioia (very dissimilar to the original and only lasted under an hour on my skin). I ordered them in August and got them during the last week of October. The wait time didn’t bother me because their customer service were very courteous and explained the situation. The stickers on the bottles were either crooked or very bubbly like they rushed the job. It is just cosmetic and I did end up liking the two perfumes so I kept them and have been enjoying them. I reached out to the customer service and asked why my feedback was removed, the customer service said it is not their jurisdiction and they weren’t the department that removed the feedback so they can’t answer me.
@@lisat4467 Have you tried the original Rose 31? It smells like BO to me as well. Removing your reviews makes me very uncomfortable with purchasing. I consider reviews pretty heavily and it feels as though I can’t trust theirs now.

I received the one that is a dupe for Libre and I love it. I don't have Libre on hand to compare but from my memory, it's pretty similar. My only complaint is that it took FOREVER to get to me but aside from that, very happy with purchase. I found Dossier by watching your channel.

I adore Dossier- I have 8 or 9 different fragrances now. I like them better than the originals in most cases after testing them against decants and samples. ❤️

I am a new subbie and have been binge watching your videos. I turned 40 this year and never wore perfume but I came across a sample of Acqua di Parma Peonia Nobile and was smitten. I now want to get a winter fragrance and wondered if you could share how you wear your perfumes - do you use a different fragrance each day? Or 2 in one day? I always thought you only needed one signature scent and felt overwhelmed at the idea of all the choice to only pick one. Thanks for all you do. Of all the fragrance videos I watched (it was a lot) yours were the ones that made me feel like I can learn about scent and inspired me rather than terrified me.

These sound really nice! I would like to try them, The other company that is on my radar is Dapper fragrances. In some cases I think some reviewer’s are saying that they like certain ones better than the actual original

I just purchased la vie est belle..lol I didn’t buy it for so long because everyone said it was basic and sickening and not unique blah blah. I’m obsessed. Lol this fragrance is everything I love. I have to try dossier. I want to try good girl dupe. Actual good girl did not last more than hour on me but the scent was gorgeous.
La vie eat Belle is not my favorite but it is a beautiful scent! I think I have just smelled it so much that I am over it. Dossier makes a great dupe and their fragrances usually always perform better than the real thing. ❤️
Just received my 6 perfumes from Dossier. In love with Musky Green Tea got it by complete chance so happy I did)! Actually, the main reason I've ordered from them was to try their take on Lost Cherry. Unfortunately, I did not care for it much (to me it's just a very sweet syrupy cherry jam). Oud Wood is another fail me. Also am trying out TF Methalique right now, and it's probably not going to be for me either. So I started seeing a pattern here =))
However, I do like the Santal 33 impression (it is less potent than the LeLabo version, but the price is 10 times more affordable!!) I've wanted the original or any decent dupe on it for so long and now I have one!! I also think I do like their Rose 31 version. I don't remember how Lelabo smells, but I do like the Dossier one.
So 3 out of 6 on the blind buy - not bad at all.

I was able to catch the black Friday sale waiting on the 2nd set of 6 bottles, so a total of 12🤗🤗.. I hope I like them...I will definitely let you know how I like them❤

I kept Floral Musk(Lancome Idole)
Oriental Tobacco(Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille), Oriental Cherry(Tom Ford lost Cherry) and these 2 last longer than the REAL THING. Gourmand white flower(Flowerbomb) it's 90% of the original. Floriental Cedarwood (Alien) 90%.....I have the original of those 2 and it is really good. Spicy Orchid(Tom Ford black Orchid is a great one 93%...Woody Sandalwood(Le Labo Santal 33) it's ok, I gifted it to my son..Powdery Hawthorn(Tom Ford Metallique) still on the fence 😳😳. Woody Hyacinths(Chanel Chance) 95% it's really good the rest I gifted to my daughter in law. So overall, this is a great company if you are on a budget and want to smell Amazing

I ordered some perfumes from Dossier a couple of weeks ago (I should have waited for black friday, but I lack patience). A warning....stay away from their Chanel °5 dupe, it is bad (very harsh). I really like the Lost Cherry (I have never smelled the original), Wood Sage & Sea Salt (I think they actually improved on the original), and I was happy with the rest of my order. I would buy from them again, just wanted to warn everyone about "FLORAL ALDEHYDES".

Is the creed one masculine?

Can you tell if they have a good silage and performance, how long they last on skin and clothes
They are okay performance wise. Some do better than others. The more sweet/floral ones will last 3-4 hours and some of the others up to 6. None are great performers though IMHO. ❤️
