Where can you get the white stretchy elastic?? And don't mind me asking, how long should the ribbons be?

The ribbons should be your own customization

I get my stretchy elastic from daiso, but alot of craft store has them too. As for the lengths, I would recommend using your Lightstick as a guide bc I have made new ones and I’ve noticed mine have gotten smaller as I’ve created more.
