The video is amazing, visually beautiful, and the sound is pleasant, but I still feel stressed, I wonder where they put all this broken soap... are they really throwing it away?...
I get the ASMR aspect of the different sounds, textures and looks. But all i can think about is microplastic :( and how we are destroying something we need to survive (the earth) for consumerism and these kind of gimmicks... I know big firms are the ones that are mainly responsible for CO2 emissions and such but still... Leaves a weird feeling seeing these kind of videos.
@@KaseyLea I think general understanding and sensitivity towards themes like climate change issues etc. stands higher on the priority list then entertainment. Also, I just got it in my feed and didn't watch it, the first picture was enough. This whole "don't watch it then" instead of constructive criticism is lame.
The plastics used by asmr channels isn't even enough to be statistically significant. If you eat meat or fish you are probably contributing more to destroying the earth than they are
@@misseli922 sadly, microplastic nowadays is kinda everywhere. There are some brands that are advertising products specifically w.o. microplastic, though. It's even already found in newborns... If you want, you can google it a little bit. Education is the first step, so thanks for asking!!
