@@grimfist79 Look up Papa Wheelie. He has 2 albums under that band. He has an album and an EP under “Newsted”. He played on a Voivod record, and did an oldschool country western thing with his Chop House band. He’s been busy.

I was head of the UK street team for Echobrain. It was a pleasure to see Jason grow and fulfil his projects without the weight of Metallica holding him back. Best choice he ever made

@@tristanrl1940 exactly ! Metallica puts out Lux Aterna and everyone bitches about how it’s not Master , Justice blah, blah… Newsted plays acoustic songs with fiddle and his fans think it’s the greatest thing.

Everyone likes Billy Strings, right? He's brought bluegrass front and center currently. Selling tickets is still a pretty big requirement no matter what style you play. You still want to be playing to a good crowd and getting paid for it.
