- After almost 4.5 years, today.. JEM AND Myself, We get to RC with Maurice.. all together as a family! Jem is driving her Axial SCX10 2 Pink Bronco, Maurice is driving his Traxxas TRX4 Sport, and I am driving an original Axial SCX10 4x4 Pickup Truck, with a Pitdog Hydro Dodge 1500 body. Let's hit the backyard trail course, Together!
Ever since I was a young lad, I always wondered if I was going to have a family where we all played together. Today, that dream was realized. For 4.5 years we have been working on our best build yet. Our Son :) He is built to exceed us in every, if he makes the right choices.. and has a head on his shoulders. He is showing great promise as an Radio Control Hobby Fanatic. These are some of the building blocks of a growing mind. He is certainly out wheeling me already.. Im not sure if its the awesome truck he has (the TRX4 Sport is exceptionally capable with no mods), or beginners luck.. or truly, he is starting to understand. I think all three are at play.
Jem is driving "Candy".. her pink Bronco. This Axial SCX10 2 was built by her and she is still getting used to how it handles. Jem has never been on the backyard trail course since we have modified everything.. so it is extra difficult. I think she a great job on the course, and wheels like any amazing RC Queen should! Like a Boss..
For me, I am running my older 4x4 truck called "The Beast". This truck has been with me for almost 9 years and hase morphed into almost every model of manufacturer possible. Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Chevy, the list goes on and on.. I am running Boom Racing Hustler Tires, and KRAiT Bead lock wheels.
The hobby of Radio Control is more than a hobby for me. It is a lifestyle, as silly as that may sound. But I get a lot of #joy, #happiness, #creativity, #relaxation and #friends / #family time.. What more can a person ask for? #Proudparenting

Time flies eh, I started watching your channel some 8 or so years ago, I remember spotting Jem and Pinky driving about in the background in one video (before they had been introduced to us) and thinking 'cool an rc girl, she's new' Just crazy to think how much has gone on since then, I feel happy and privileged to have been able to watch you go from strength to strength dude, Keep up the great work, family included!

I think we all found out that Maurice is ready for the trails! I think you guys will make record time on that trail run! He is definitely not afraid to send it and come out the other side on all four wheels! Amazing for a 4 year old! But he's got two of the best teachers money can't buy! His mother and father that raised their son to be a gentle, caring, polite, a mad man behind the remote controller and has an awesome sense of humor! Can't wait to see the video from you guys on the trail! God bless Aaron, Jem and Maurice to be happy, healthy and driving RC's! It is definitely BS the amount of views this video has compared to the amount of likes! I don't know what else you could ask for in a video, it had it all. RC's doing work, great family fun, some amazing comedy from Maurice and most of all being happy as a family Outdoors!

That was really good video. Your hydro dip rc looked so cool in the sun. I rapped my rc in chameleon green, so good in the sun. If you only have a small budget and can't paint or afford hydro dip it's a good option. Moe is getting really good with his rc every time I see him for 4yrs old. And some of his 1 liner's nearly made me dribble my morning coffee. Cheers

Hello RootBeard! Hey thanks so much.. and yeah he was wheelin' like a champ.. You know, before Maurice was born, and when Jem and I had first got together, I bought and painted a trail truck just for her. She still has it to this day, and the trucks name is ...PiNKY!
