Certified concrete builder here: 1. Wrong relation between sand/cement 2. Totally wrong water/cement value, way to much water...the resulting concrete is beyond bad. Even in Asia there must exist tables for the right mix between cement & aggregate and what the right water/cement value should be (btw its 0,47 to 0,75 depending what the concrete is for)...its not rocket science

That concrete panel does not subject to any loading though if we are to consider safety. It seems purely decorative. Thank you for the informative video. Certainly a lot to learn from. And advise from viewers are helpful too.

Hey ACN Nice work I think Those columns lines look nice an well sculptured. I'm just wondering about a few things. Mainly... no re-bar inside the columns? An no; coat hangers doesn't count So if any type of weight slammed against,or accidentally hit the columns; then they're going to bust like chalk an you're coat hanger isn't going to stop it. Judging by the sun,and along with the rate of the quikrete type of cement drying time, and the time it take you to install those fifteen columns? Just saying it looked like the sun was bright an later on became fairly dim. So I'm guessing several hours, and was as many people working on the columns as was in the video? Also you guys must watch out for your feet... I realize you an I are alike in that respect; we take care of our family first; it's the same way for most of us in the construction business, but it's your hands an especially your feet man that make us our money to do so.You'll do your family no good with busted feet I'm telling you man... I don't want to see you fail to take care of your family because you've hurt yourself. Take care of your body because it's all people such as you,and I have to make money with...
God Bless You! Have a Safe, and Prosperous 2019

Because too much water in making cement mold, the water later will fade out, and the area will become empty resulting a bubble in your mold. Like i say, there is a ratio.
