The pillow- I have neck and back issues can you have an extra to put under the knees? My legs can’t be straight out. Or, if you bend your knees in is it still floating or would you sink?
@deannapeters211 your feet would just be on the bottom of the tub/tank but your upper & mid would still float. What I can't stretch on dry land bcuz I'm not flexible I was able to do it in the water. For example, my front thigh crease always hurts & needs to be stretched; I was able to gently move my leg back to where I felt that stretch exactly where I needed it and I moved a few other areas of my body too in that water. It felt SO good.
