Inertia is the state of restricted motion. It is the state of uniform motion. Inertias also add up to become resultant inertia.
Uniform motion is about the natural state of a body. Non-uniform motion is about the state of movement of a body.
Uniform motion is motion with constant speed but not constant direction. Non-uniform motion is with changing speed but constant direction.
