When I train solo, I only focus on maybe 5 double stick drills which include Heaven's Six, and then I meld them altogether through 10-30min of carenza. I only picked 5 drills based on what patterns I frequently experienced in sparring. Good video, and I hope for some pakal/double pakal vids in the future. 👍
