Cheers for this but my Mondeo is a push-start and the button is on the right of the radio in one of the diamond shaped panels you popped out at the start. Will this cause my any problems? I presume the wires to the button will stay in place while I do this?
Yes, to enable satnav functions on Convers+. Simply enable Navigation in Vehicle configuration data using Ford IDS - shown in my other vid ruclips.net/video/zdTFl2MJup8/видео.html
Alright, so i dont know if anyone knows of this issue. My ford mondeo stationcar from 2009 is having issues with the speedometer going out and I can often times press at random places on the speedometer, to get it to light up again. When it goes out, the gauges stop working and the sound to the indicator also stop working. And also the radio has a thing with it going out, stop working. If i want it to work again, i just Press the on/off button but it comes and goes when ever it feels like it. Some days the radio turns off 1 or 0 times, other days it can turn off several times during a drive. Does anyone have experience with this periodic issue.
As mentioned in video, I am going to replace the original roof mounted aerial for one with GPS. I now have the parts and will be fitting the same time I fit climate control. All to be revealed in an upcoming video soon
Hi Paul just a quick message mate how far have you got on upgrading heater controls touch screen and ariel replacement... iv bought a mondeo titanium x mk4 estate 2007 it's got the touch screen in it and climate control but I need to replace the roof ariel so looking forward to video on it if your still doing it ?? Hi so you can just change the satnav stereo into a std stereo mondeo dash or do you have to get an GPS ariel for satnav to work on new stereo

How did you retrieve the code I’ve done a conversion similar but not my key is not detected
Keycode,for satnav head unit is easily retrieved by providing units serial number. Many online radio decode site provide that service.
