- From the Epoch Times. A new study shows Type 2 Diabetes has devastating consequences for brain health. Also, more and more young people are being diagnosed at earlier and earlier ages which may lead the earlier problems with dementia. Of course we have the solution! Cut the carbs, sugars, and seed & vegetable oils!

My 65 year old brother is a type 2 diabetic, congestive heart failure, 3rd stage Kidney failure, very overweight, and other health issues. He "watches" his sugar and salt intake and doesn't eat red meat because his heart doctor said it's bad for his heart.
He has tried keto but said it doesn't work for him. Now he's in the process of awaiting gastric stomach surgery for his weight and health. I can't say anything much about the PHD to him. He only listens to his doctors. I worry about him and pray that he would at least try keto again. I pray he doesn't get Alzheimer's. His diabetes has caused enough issues without adding that one to the pile. 😢🙏🏼

I remember being outside until sunset every day as a kid. We didn’t have snacks, sodas, and very little sweets. Times have changed.
Yeah, we had Kool Aid sometimes, but rarely and cokes or treats. No snacks. "Go outside and play". It was different then!

I remember when we weren't allowed in the house LOL My kids were allowed in but they didn't want to come in, they hated it when it rained lol
