Mr. Food decided he'd play the parental role and Conan the smart ass child. Watch how Conan refuses to move at 2:09. Then it degrades even more. Fucking beautiful, these two hate each other.
Norm Macdonald accused Andy of being gay for years on the show and Conan never got mad so that would be wrong even if he was calling Andy fat, which he wasn't.

@SpisadKoTunga nah, those shrimp were definitely under cooked... like a lot of creatures that we eat that comes from the water, it changes color as it cooks, Its also a good way to know when they are ready to eat, like for shrimp their originally grey but when their properly cooked they turn pink. as you can see in this video they were still grey on some parts. I recently graduated from culinary arts plus i work at a sushi shop so im positive about this stuff lol :)

Not many laughs in the beginning from the audience, Conan had to warm them up and gain their full attention. Shows that even four years after he started off, he was still far from the height of his popularity. Can you imagine if NBC had cancelled him after 6 months?
Conan is a very intelligent guy. It's hard for people like that not to be douchey, Conan is waaay better today then he was back then. I see people being a dick to Conan now and he handles it like a champ so he doesn't come off like a jerk. Conan was rude right off the bat and is known to be self deprecating and people know that.
I don't ever eat shrimp and I've never cooked it either but I'm pretty sure when Mr. Food dropped that pan full of them onto the rice that some of them were grey and black on one side. Doubt that taste good and I bet it's horrible for you.
