Base maps are not visible inspire of connecting to internet. Following your steps I did everything, but where does the symbolise osm files save and how do I access it again

for downloading open street data you have to select and download your study area from openstreemap.org and follow the same process that I have shown. To load OSM data you have to make a geodatabase first.
