So very well explained and using earthen utensils definitely will enhance the flavour higher.. I remember and seen during those times people used earthen pots for cooking and mannual stone grinder(Ammikkal and rubbukkal) for grinding ingredients to paste. That way of grinding enhances the flavour of any dish to another higher level. We have experienced such activities then and this particular dish tingled such fantastic flavour by that kind of process which is incomparable. Your demo is as always exclusive Sundar. Well done.
