hey, thank you for the video. But the process you did to make the horizontal segment, you could have just used the first drawing without drawing the circle and used the circular profile for the pipe and thin feature for the cutout. that way the process would be little shorter. anyways, great video and cheers !!!

Sir how did you come to know that we have to take corner fillet 30mm

because the outside radius is given at the corner 55 and the pipe has 25 radius (50 diameter), the curve must have 55-25=30 radius in the center. Actually, the curve should have a radius of 25 in the center and 50 outside if the pipe is bent 90 degrees.

The drawing is good but the sample pipe is not a good design as you can see the the 90 deg pipe almost hit the outside surface.
