The original Mothra was always one of my favorites.
Just in time for the queen blue ray announcement. Awesome
I doubt the Shobijin will be in GKOTM, but I think they’re part of what makes Mothra so popular.

Unfortunately, I will not be covering the Mothra trilogy in History of Godzilla as those films aren't necessarily connected with any Godzilla film. Maybe sometime in the future, I will.
Well OK, but you also covered some other Toho movies that barely have any connection to Godzilla, if at all.
@@nexusshark Those other Toho films do have connections to other Godzilla films. Films like Rodan and Mothra do tie-in directly to the original Showa series, and others like Space Amoeba, Gorath, and Atragon are part of the Kiryu Saga continuity, even if there are things that may contradict it. Basically, I'm going over movies that share timelines and continuities with other Godzilla movies because Toho said so.
Are you referring to the canon of the Kiryu movies?
