If you check the community tab on their RUclips channel, they regularly post about upcoming gigs. They'll certainly post about any upcoming gigs outside Japan. You'll have to wade through a lot of posts though. There's a also a subredit (intentionally mispelt to avoid this comment getting automatically deleted) dedicated to Asterism which isn't very active but someone will usually make a post if they're playing in North America or Europe.
