I love it when Christmas comes early I really love old vintage stuff especially the old caterpillar stuff and then you got to drive a nice old rig that's sweet I'm just old school I like my old s*** when times were good and people cared and helped for each other

My dad had a CB'er mug. Loved to read the jargon. Pops also stopped at that Effingham, IL 76--Bobbers it was called maybe--running Indy to Springfield, MO and back with Roadway Express. A lot of Teamsters drivers out of Indy would stop there. Keep up the good work, Mike. Love that Boston attitude and accent! ABF bought out Carolina. ✌️

Lightning is no joke I was railed by a bolt hit a walnut tree jumped out and got me and 2 milk cows in the barn where I was milking. Shouting out about it is the best thing you can do. Great Video and safe journey's Misty . Way to keep the memory alive.

Hmm! I had those locks on the East trailer which I pulled sludge from the treatment plant in LA out to the alfalfa fields in Eastern California. Enjoyed those days trucking. #keepontruckin 😉👌

Just incredible that she is driving her grandfathers truck around the country.
I just love younger people have an interest in the old trucks. My friend had a 1980 W900 with a 8V92 Detroit. Made one trip to the west coast for him when he had a family emergency. I don't think I could do a crawl though sleeper any more. Just ignore the hatters , ben having my 16 year old grand daughter moving trucks a trailers around my yard this summer and if she wants the drive truck she would have my support. Have a great day .

We just picked up one of those Fontaine's what a upgrade. Thing is setup nice very user friendly.

@@TheBostonTrucker I’ve been local since 2013 and last year I quit driving because it’s getting hard for me to get into the truck anymore, now I work in a warehouse and I hate it, be thankful you have your health, that’s most important .
Just love them KW 900 and K100 arn’t bad them either!

I had a 75 KW that was my original "Black Beauty" then I sold it and bought a 73 Pete 359 and dropped a v12 Detroit in it..
I made it to the end.....also I always figured you for a Bazooka Joe bubblegum type of guy...

We've got 4 tractors, 2 were ordered new and mine and the Superliner were used.
Absolute awesome truck......Nothing beats an A model ....other than maybe a pretty girl driving it 😆. And if you can't tell your wife about it .....you shouldn't be doing it. Learned that the hard way 🤣

How do you run the lowboy since you have the lever to control hydraulic flow to the end dump?
Same way as the dump, pto switch and the dump handle also engages the lowbed
