I wish they would have done it in 2 palettes, also. I really like the cool tone Shadow side.
Yeah I'm not digging this palette at all, not just the size but how the pans don't match up in line. Should've been 2 separate palettes
I agree. I wish they’d made two smaller palettes. I just want the cool toned side and that palette is huge! I think they could have made it much smaller.

Oden's Eye, what happened?!? Your highlighters in the Solmane 2 collection were lovely. A little hint of glitter, but mainly a lit from within glow. These recent releases are like 87% glitter and that silver one is topping 99% glitter 🥲
I know that in the past it looked like they had two formulas. One that was really sparkly glitter, and one that was very reflective but glow from within. I’m hoping someone with all the highlighters will show a comparison.
Interested in the 2 blushes only. I wish that these were 2 different pallets. I love the warm side. Thank you for your in depth review.

The packaging is giving me Sarah J Maas ACOTAR vibes ❤ the whole palette isn’t for me, but I love the packaging and I love the dark side! It would be interesting if they just realised each side as a separate palette.
I am 100% with you that these would have been much, much better and appealing as TWO SEPARATE palettes, Amanda. If so, I only would have wanted the cool, grungy side, as I already not only have ND's Sunrise Midi palette, but quite a motherlode of pink/red/warm type palettes. I do love the vivid matte blushes, not all the glittery cheek stuff, though. However, I do have Nars Exhibit A and UD Quiver for the red, and many a bright peach and coral blush (like; TOO many!).

The double sided “book” style would have been a better choice for packaging
When I got the email about this I thought it looked too bright for me, but if you cover the bright coral matte and bright purple/pink shimmer, it actually looks really wearable.

I like both sides, especially the cooler side, but I wish it were either smaller with less dead space or two separate palletes. I would have bought both! I just hate giant palletes. I like seeing more cheek products but not loving these for me. Your looks are beautiful as always! ❤ Thanks for the video!
The packaging is beautiful! I think I finally talked myself out of it. I like your idea if it was 2 separate palettes and they could fit together.
They kinda put all of their creativity into the packaging and artwork than in the actual product itself 🤷🏻♀️ I’m so annoyed that this isn’t two separate collections and all that dead space in the pallet.

Have to agree, at least 4 of the palest shimmers would look the same on the eye from anyone standing a few feet back. I would rather have seen either more colour in the palette, or curate it down to a smaller size. That said, I'd totally buy a few of the other shimmer shades if they were sold as singles.
Not related, but I was wondering if you'd do reviews on cp transfer proof lipstick? 😉 curious whether the shades are purty and comfy

I don't know. I think your idea for the two separate palettes is much better than one big palette. Aside from the size, the color story feels... I don't know, boring? uninspired? Idk, it feels very much done before and not even that good of a version. It reminds me a lot of the Nomad Love & Death palette but the bright side being more like that coral 9-pan palette from Colourpop with the square pans and transparent packaging. Also for a palette with 'shadow' in its name you'd think it would have more depth

I totally agree with everyone else. It would have been better as two palettes. It also looks slightly uninspired. I've gone off OE. The last thing I purchased from them was a Angelica's green collab palette. Ever since then, nothing has spoken to me.
I feel OE aid trying to set a trend with the extra sparkly highlighters rather then follow tends. I’m not drawn to the extra pizzaz
I don't understand the highlight with sparkles, why?? The gunmetal and navy shimmers though, love!

I’m over huge pallets that can’t be stored easily in my makeup drawer. This seems off to me as far as how things are trending. If this was 2 separate pallets, I might buy one or both- but such a large pallets doesn’t interest me.
This palette just…. isn’t for me. I agree it would have worked better as separate palettes, but also, I find a lot of the tones/colors too similar. I would have changed escape and daylight for instance.
And am I the only one thinking it looks a lot like Nomad’s Verona Love & Death? I’m not suggesting anything but….

I think it’s probably a typo in the palette which makes sense since O.E. isn’t from an English speaking country 😬 or they just made up their own cool word 🤣

The packaging is beautiful as expected. The size and half warm tone just doesn't do it for me. The looks you did are pretty.
It is screaming to fold in half. They should have made it like the saga of freja or done 2 separate palettes. Odens eye is getting quite boring recently. I'm not seeing anything original with their colour stories.
Yes! Not to shade anyone but tbh I think the perfect world collection was their last good release. Everything after that just hasn't been very good :/
They recently started a sister company. Maybe dividing their attention/creativity between the two is actually hurting the brand? I like many aspects of this release but feel like it's just not thought through as well.
