- 2020 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited /// @ $45k
When describing the new Avalon, Toyota starts with two words: Authenticity and Exhilaration. Both were applied in every area of Avalon's sophisticated essence, and throughout the four available grades: the athletic XSE (all-new) and Touring, as well as the more opulent XLE and Limited. HV grades include XLE, Limited, and XSE.
Presented in Celestial Silver Metallic with a Graphite Leather interior

The thing I love about my Avalon Hybrid is that it feels like a luxury car but it has the Toyota badge. People have bitterness and resentment when they see people in luxury cars. I didn’t want a car that would be a target, but I wanted to upgrade from my old faithful Corolla. I wanted a hybrid or an EV due to my California gas prices, but didn’t want an ugly car like the Prius/Leaf. I don’t fully trust Tesla yet (no quality control). It’s not a LOOK AT ME car from the outside. It’s like a little secret that I have, and when people get into my car, they always remark on how nice it is. I’ll be loyal to Toyota forever.
Well said and we agree completely. It’s a fantastic car with great fuel economy and superb reliability. Thanks for watching
Stealth wealth
Put ethanol free gas and get the power of a regular v6 and 5 miles per gallon more fuel economy on top of 43 miles per gallon you already have. ⛽️ price is not going down below 3.50 per gallon in our life time
you mirror my opinion
@@mahmoodahmad5598gas is currently $2.99 a gallon by my house. lol.
15:45 The new hybrid warranty is now 120 months/150,000 miles on the 2020 model. Great review! I bought mine this week after a lot of (too much!?) research.
It’s a great car. Plus tremendous fuel mileage. Enjoy! Thanks for watching
I bought a used 2020 Avalon limited last week for my wife, it has 11k miles.. we are more then happy to have found one. I realized that not many people know about the secrets inside the car. We also test drove a Lexus, to be honest we felt Avalon a tad better than the Lexus.. specially when it comes to luxury and comfort. thanks for the review
We couldn’t agree more! Shame that Toyota has discontinued it and in its place has debuted the Crown. I saw the Crown in person at the Detroit Auto Show, and it feels more like a nicer Camry than an Avalon replacement. Enjoy your new car and thanks for watching
I just bought this car today. Looking forward to finding all those features.
Very well done video, Two Guys. I like the details you covered.

Glad it was helpful! Good luck on your new purchase. Thanks for watching!
Looking at purchasing a 2020 Avalon Hybrid tomorrow at a Mercedes dealership. It’s 2024 and it’s still a great vehicle value after 4 years.
Definitely still a great vehicle
Thank you once again in answering my questions regarding 2020 Avalon...
Apparently the only way to change your wiper blade on the drivers side is to open the hood of the car ...🥴 Inclement weather...you'll have to go outside and defrost your windshield....such an inconvenience...time consuming and a waste of fuel...
Poor design?
...I also have "orange peel" paint issue... midnight is the color....dealership said they were going to compare the paint with other 2020 Avalons' to see if they also have "orange peel" !!
😊
Wow....open the hood??? Really? Wow!
Hi there!
I bought the car however it has a few issues.
1.Windshield wipers. Windshield wiper on drivers side chattering. Unable to pull wiper up off the drivers side to clean?? ALL cars have windshield wipers that lift up to clean the windshield.
2. Car has severe orange peel paint.
3. Gap around moonroof cover.
The the issues were discovered after I took vehicle home.
I have since returned to the dealership 2 times.
Unable to resolve.
Dealership comparing orange peel to other similar vehicles.
Any suggestions?
All that we can suggest is that you continue to try to get the issues resolved with your Toyota dealer where you purchased the vehicle. This is such a great vehicle I’m really surprised that you’ve had all these issues and I hate to hear that you have. Thanks for watching

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND REPLY!!!
It is a great car!!!
😊 Would you 2 guys be willing to validate that the Toyota Avalon windshield wipers SHOULD be able to be lifted and locked for ease of windshield cleaning/ washing and in the event that you need to remove ice from the windshield in inclement weather ?
First car in my lifetime that had windshield wiper on the driver's side that you are unable to lift up!!!🥴 It actually touches the hood of the car so you are unable to lift it up ..
This bit of information may help another perspective buyer buy another model or wait until the defect is fixed...
We’ll contact our local Toyota dealer and ask about the windshield wipers for you. Let you know as soon as we have an answer.
You need to put the wipers in service mode for them to be able to be lifted up.
Would this be a good upgrade from my ‘97 Avalon 🤔
It’s an awesome car. Comfortable, quiet, loads of safety and tech and great fuel mileage. Thanks for watching
Beautiful car, got a corolla hybrid instead tho lol
I have a ten year old Corolla and love it. Very dependable cars. Thanks for watching
It looks as though it has a Low, front-bumper clearance
The ground clearance is 5.3 inches on both the 2019 and 2020 model. Thanks for watching!
Sooo this doesn't have remote start?
It has remote start. Its is standard equipment in the Avalon for 2020. Thanks for watching!
the back has lots of leg room
Lexus like legroom. Very comfortable car. Would be really great for long road trips too. Thanks for watching
