I think I've died and gone to heaven, this was the best vlog ever. Cooking french with loved ones is the best possible thing in the world. It's perfection, and you've proved it Stephanie without a doubt. No wonder all the women that watch your vlogs are in love with Amaury, because. of course. his parents are so lovable, kind, intelligent and fun loving. Girls of the world, hop on a plane, fly to LaLande, and get to work. I thought I made the best "Coquille St. Jacques" in the world, (I've kept the same shells and used them, for forty years) but I realize after watching this presentation of Stephanie's, I hate to admit it, I must up my game. Your fabulous Aunt's recipe I've never heard of (a much better version of English Cottage Pie) I must learn to make. Very yummy.
