I’m kind of dreading the day Stephen actually takes over in full. Too many Cowboys fans are going to be celebrating thinking that that is going to help. This franchise needs to be out of the hands of the Jones family completely. It can’t just be Jerry stepping down.
I keep repeating this. I don't think Stephen will get away with what Jerry does. Jerry has the charisma and at least football history to get away with it. Stephen does not. He isn't qualified to be in his position and he has no charisma to grab your beliefs and keep you. I will go out on a limb and say I think he hires a GM.

They don't have the coaching staff to overcome drafting players to experiment with, I totally agree put them in the positions that they played in college or use them like they were used in college. They gotta fix both lines and running and blocking schemes
