I have a question about the HOA fees for these new master plan committees that offer?
$1,210 a year for the HOA in Harvest Green.

@JamesSalomon947 I always found it odd, the number of houses goes up, the number of people paying hoa fees increase...and then the payment itself rises.

Big Home with a 4-lane road behind it -for lots of road noise, and not a single tree in the sub- Priceless-I can cross of Houston Tx for my search of homes
"Not a single tree in the sub"? Every house has 2 to 3 trees in its front yard.
