In the city there’s tons of trees,parks and such just don’t expect it in most master planned suburbs if you want a HOA,but most houses that aren’t in a HOA have a good amount of trees especially in the older neighborhoods

Nice, attractive huge homes but on small lots and 15 feet from your neighbor. And like the rest of Fort Bend County, flat as a pool table, it is subject to serious flooding. Do your homework.
