    Who do you call when you need to change a light bulb in those tall ceilings? Superman and Spiderman aren't returning my phone calls.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      Haha, I love that! 🤣 When it comes to those tall ceilings, you're definitely going to need some extra help! For changing light bulbs at great heights, you’d typically call in a professional handyman service or an electrician, depending on the type of light fixtures you're dealing with. They usually come equipped with ladders, lifts, or specialized tools to get the job done safely.
      Some people also turn to companies that offer ceiling fan and light fixture services, as they’re used to handling high ceilings. If you're dealing with very tall spaces, a lift (like the kind used in construction) might even be necessary.
      And don't worry-if Superman and Spiderman aren't available, there are still professionals out there who can get the job done safely! 😄

    I had my first belly laugh today (8:38 pm) while you were in the primary bath discussing the "get ready" and Jo Jo said he had 3 girls and he knows exactly what's going on in his household. 😂😂😂

      Haha, I'm so glad we could make you laugh! 😄 JoJo's comment about the "get ready" process was definitely a funny moment-sounds like he has some firsthand experience with the chaos that comes with it! We’re always trying to keep things light and entertaining while showcasing the homes.
      Thanks for sharing your laugh with us! It's moments like these that make the channel fun. If there's anything else you'd like to see or if you have any more fun moments to share, feel free to let us know! 😊

    Love that yall came back to HG. That comment about the model home being built, made me wonder how many homes they will build. 30 lots are almost gone without a model on location.
    Maybe in the next 6 months Indigo meristem communities a lil further down by 90 will have some homes for you to show us.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      Thanks for the love! It's exciting to hear you're interested in the future developments. It definitely seems like these communities are moving fast, especially with so many lots already sold before the model home is even built.
      As for the Indigo Meristem communities by 90, that’s a great suggestion! It looks like that area could be a great place to showcase, especially as more homes are built and more options become available. We'll definitely keep an eye on it and consider featuring that in future videos!
      It’s always awesome to see how quickly things are changing around Houston-exciting times ahead! Keep an eye on the channel, and we'll make sure to bring you the latest. Let us know if there's anything else you'd like to see! 😊

      Thank you so much for the feedback! I appreciate you pointing that out about the ISO being too bright. It’s something we can definitely adjust to make sure the lighting feels more balanced in future videos. Your input helps us improve, and we want to make sure everything looks perfect for you!
      I'm really glad you’re enjoying the channel, though! 😊 If there’s anything else you’d like to see or any other details to improve, just let me know. We’re always happy to hear from our viewers!

    Would look forward if you went to Lakewood forest, my childhood- teen area I lived at. Are you in Sienna sometimes? My sister lives there😮😮😊

      Lakewood Forest sounds like such a special place to you, and I’d love to feature it! It’s always great to highlight neighborhoods that hold personal meaning for people, so we’ll definitely keep it in mind for future videos. As for Sienna, it's such a beautiful community, and I’d be happy to check it out too! It’s known for its family-friendly vibe, amenities, and scenic views, so we could definitely do a tour there as well.
      It’s awesome that your sister lives there-she’s got great taste! 😊 Let me know if there are any specific homes or features in Sienna or Lakewood Forest you’d like to see. We’ll make sure to include that in the next round of neighborhood tours!

    Where’s the secret panic room? 2,400 sqft looks big with the tall ceilings! The illusion that it creates is impressive! Only in Texas.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      Haha, I love that! 😄 The idea of a secret panic room definitely adds some intrigue to a home-maybe we’ll have to start looking for those next time! But you're right, tall ceilings can make spaces look a lot bigger than they are. The way they open up a room really creates that impressive, airy feeling. It's one of those little design tricks that makes homes feel extra spacious.
      And yes, only in Texas! Bigger rooms, bigger spaces, and that Texas-sized charm. If you’re ever looking for a hidden gem like a panic room or just want more details about those tall ceilings, let me know! We’ll keep an eye out for unique features in future videos! 😊

    I have a question about the HOA fees for these new master plan committees that offer?

    • @naazimmaredia796
      @naazimmaredia796 6 месяцев назад +1

      $1,210 a year for the HOA in Harvest Green.

    • @JamesSalomon947
      @JamesSalomon947 4 месяца назад

      @naazimmaredia796 it will increase. I remember it being $900 when first moved there in 2018 😢

      @JamesSalomon947 I always found it odd, the number of houses goes up, the number of people paying hoa fees increase...and then the payment itself rises.

    Big Home with a 4-lane road behind it -for lots of road noise, and not a single tree in the sub- Priceless-I can cross of Houston Tx for my search of homes

    • @plixie1
      @plixie1 6 месяцев назад +2

      "Not a single tree in the sub"? Every house has 2 to 3 trees in its front yard.

    • @DecorTours
      @DecorTours 5 месяцев назад +1

      They are just small trees

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      I totally get your frustration! It's disappointing when a beautiful home is overshadowed by road noise or lack of natural features like trees. A 4-lane road right behind a house can definitely impact the peacefulness of your living environment. If you're looking for more privacy, less noise, and more greenery, it’s worth considering neighborhoods that offer a bit more space, a quieter setting, or more trees.
      Houston has so many different areas to explore, and it's all about finding the right balance for your preferences. If road noise or lack of trees is a dealbreaker for you, there are definitely neighborhoods with larger lots, better landscaping, and more peaceful surroundings.
      Let me know if you'd like to explore homes in quieter or more nature-filled areas of Houston-I'd be happy to find some options that could be a better fit for you! 😊

    Are there people in Houston with this much to spend? A lot of people I know can't afford to buy a home right now let alone a home that comes with this price tag.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      That’s a great point! While there are definitely people in Houston who can afford luxury homes with hefty price tags, the reality is that not everyone has that kind of budget. The housing market in Houston is diverse, with options ranging from more affordable homes to high-end properties. While some can comfortably afford homes in the $500K to $1M+ range, many are finding it harder to keep up with rising prices, especially in areas with a lot of demand.
      It's true that the prices of homes have been increasing, but there are still plenty of homes available in lower price ranges, especially as you move further outside of the city center. For people looking for more affordable options, there are still many areas where you can find great value without breaking the bank.
      If you're interested in affordable options or areas where homes are more reasonably priced, I’d be happy to highlight those in future videos to make sure there’s something for everyone, no matter the budget! 😊

    remember when they say in the 300s, it's most like 399s and it's a piece of crap bottom of the barrel house.

    • @DecorTours
      @DecorTours 5 месяцев назад +1

      That’s usually the way it goes

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад +1

      I hear you-when a price range like "in the 300s" is mentioned, it can sometimes be misleading, especially when the home might actually be closer to $399K, and you’re not getting the high-end features or finishes you might expect. It’s always important to look at the full details of what that price includes, especially when it comes to upgrades, square footage, or the overall quality of the materials and design.
      The good news is that there are still plenty of great homes in the $300K-$400K range, especially in areas outside the immediate Houston city center. However, you’ll want to make sure the home meets your standards in terms of quality and features, whether it's flooring, appliances, or even the overall layout.
      If you need help narrowing down homes in that range that offer better value or better quality, I’d be happy to assist you! 😊

    Nice, attractive huge homes but on small lots and 15 feet from your neighbor. And like the rest of Fort Bend County, flat as a pool table, it is subject to serious flooding. Do your homework.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад +1

      You raise a really valid point! While many homes in areas like Fort Bend County are large and attractive, the lot sizes can sometimes feel smaller, especially with homes placed close together. That proximity to neighbors can definitely be a consideration for some buyers, especially if you’re looking for more privacy or larger outdoor spaces.
      As for flooding, you’re absolutely right to highlight it. Houston and the surrounding areas, including Fort Bend, can experience flooding during heavy rains or hurricanes. It's always crucial to do thorough research before buying in any area, including looking at flood zones, flood insurance options, and elevation levels.
      If you’re considering neighborhoods like Sienna, it’s definitely worth checking out the floodplain maps and learning about how those areas are managed when it comes to stormwater. We aim to give as much detail as possible in the videos to help people make informed decisions.
      Thanks for pointing that out, and if you ever want to dive deeper into flood zones or discuss safer, elevated neighborhoods, let me know! I’d be happy to provide more info. 😊

      Thanks for the feedback! I totally understand how fast-paced camera movements can make it hard to catch all the details. We’ll definitely work on slowing down the camera movements to make sure you can see everything clearly.
      Your input helps us improve the viewing experience, and we’ll make sure to take more time to highlight the important features of the homes. Appreciate your patience and for watching our content! Let me know if there’s anything else you'd like to see or any other suggestions you have. 😊
