@ticklemepretty wow. Yes, I’m in a battle with my sister who “decided” she’s the executor and is enraged that I’m even trying to get probate started. Our mother died intestate and, although I don’t know if it carries any weight, I found my stepfather’s Will in county records, with mom’s signature all over the probate paperwork. Says I’m to be my mother’s successor executor and that I inherit everything and distribute, at my discretion. There are 2 paid properties, she’s living in one and she wants to control both. Both are still under our recently-deceased mother’s name. Difficult to get a lawyer for various reasons. One of which is that they consider it already contested and too little money for the drama. Either way, I look both ways, when I cross the street!

Bruh You Do Realize That Most Property Is Just Inhiereited or Claimed Nobody Earns Property Unless There is A Systemic Issue Like Even Money Brah Is Claimed As a Right Not Paid for Or Earned Ether Before Issued & ReUsed Via Raising Pooled Saving Accounts from Hedge Funds So Theft Is Basically Trival

@@kenwiley8453 that is also an issue for minority communities. Little wealth is actually inherited, because prior generations had little to nothing - and this is not improving.
The reality is that we do not learn the issues of estate management and inheritance early enough in life. I think a great many people don’t understand that it’s not up to what they want or even how much they put in, which means that, if your parent took ill when they were 40, you cared for them, for the next 30 years, they still have the right to leave everything to someone or something else, like an organization. Fair or even moral, it does not have to be. This happens in a lot of situations, where a person may have been neglectful or even intentional, in screwing an adult child out of an inheritance. In their old age, that parent may turn against the child that was always there, vilify them and scapegoat them. For that child, it doesn’t matter whether they’ve not tended to their life in any way, in the interest of a parent. The parent doesn’t have to leave them anything. This is also outside of the fact that the parent can leave that child $1 million. But, if that parent owes $1 million in taxes and other debts, they may as well have disinherited the child, because those debts are paid first.

The executor of my late mother's estate is 70 plus advocate. He probably thinks he can do as He pleases because people think his a respectable old gentleman. You also have to have proof. I have no access to financial records.

For a will that my sister and I had from my late father, it was split 50/50. How did my sister get 100% of her name on all the properties? Even if so, where was my half of the inheritance? Where was the documentation? I never received anything. And now my sister is trying to evict me? Well, I am filing a civil suit against her later this week! I was also informed that she had warrants out there for her arrest. I just hope I can get the help I need and that something works out in my favor :(

This doesn’t make sense as these are serious crimes on their own. People are essentially able to steal thousands of dollars without going to jail. They only have to pay it back, yeah ok. That’s hard to do when it’s spent.

Yeah. Like a trustee, also an attorney, stealing 1.4 million through fraud duress and undue influence on a 93 year old man who just had a stroke. Not a crime?... yeah, ok, we believe you.

The victim cannot file any type of complaint against the executor / trustee period without an attorney.
So what you’re not being told is that if you cannot afford to hire an attorney then you are just shit out of luck. And that means the executor / trustee can do whatever they want no matter what the will or trust says.
Fiduciary duties don’t matter when the trustee isn’t challenged because the beneficiary can’t afford legal assistance.

What if my brother which was assigned to handle the inheratage, stole the money that my mom left for me before I got to the house and now hes denying that he ever saw that money and jewels my mom left for me, plus the bank accounts money, and the house I supposed to get he put it on his wife name claiming my mom sold them the house ?

What about the time? That is one of the most important things, when people steal from you. How you charge time taken when your stuff/money is stolen and you can't use them, but you need them? Because, you get sick not having what you need (that is stolen), and you can't heal. You can and you do get gravely ill as well, waiting for justice - your stuff get returned. How about that? It's basically your time/life stolen - not only your stuff.

My husband passed from agent orange in June of '16. Was fully functional and kept going by knowing my row had an end point. I made it through some really tough stuff. Two days later the fam-damily came to steal the most valuable items in my home. I couldn't say anything because I was horrified by their blatant greed. Well, I have been been un PTSD therapy for years. What I suffer from is CPTSD from the Narcistic Family Abuse. My home burned two weeks after my husband died. What I put in garage for safety he truly felt was his! six months ago, Mom drops another bomb that I had given my lifetime of ammunition to a brother in law who was older and didn't leave me alone for 2 decades. I do not want his hands on my weapons! These fam-damily members and this violation (I have no rights in this toxic group) turned me back inti this helpless baby while I needed my wits about me for serious grown up matters.
Is this any reason Texas Probate will help me recover my property?
This scape goat found specialized six month treatment program to establish the self issues skewed from birth. I told them yes, ready for in-house treatment at Rites of Passage and this is the Family's ticket to pay. tis ticket is $129,000. My sister has in mind for her baby sister is Texas state run instution of Rusk!!!!!!! IT Took my mother who is now 90 and her flying monkeys to finally destroy all the work to forgive the past. this renewed attack was a woman' s last hurrah . so unnecessary. My CPTSD is the result!
i have no more she's gunna be okay money for a lawyer. why cannot file myself? They knew we had a will but again gets family support and a stunningly pristine 40 year collection of the best reels in the original boxes, never seen the sun until stolen from me, the owner!

I've discovered that my uncle and aunts names only are on both my late parents open Spanish Wills and Spanish property title deeds. Legal documents do NOT show any of their identification details (passports, Spanish NIE) or their address. Uncle and aunt do not discuss, so what action can I take against them? I do not know if it is inheritance property theft. They remain silent.

Thank you so much for the wealth of information you are giving us. Here's another question. If family members are not agreeing to what is written on the deceased parent tomb stone marker, can an executor have the last say as long as all inputs were considered, since a tomb is their parents last estate?? Thank you so much.

I don’t get it not being criminal either … my great aunt had 900K in a trust and when she died no one told us … the body has been sent to the executor they didn’t bury her .. I don’t even think she’s told probate? We have added a co trustee , found all money gone .. she created a LLC calling it the Ellingson estate LLC .. we heard so we can’t sue her ? We asked for statements from them and they mistaken sent all bank statements to us .. we have proof of two cruises money sent to her family ..etx .. The DA acts like he doesn’t know who should file claims .. It sounds like this is an easy way to steal ppls money ? You can’t steal money from banks etx .. why is this legal ? They stole from 10 elderly ppl on the trust … The one lawyer we have wants 10K to do anything … it’s heart breaking ..And how can you legally keep ashes for 3 years and not bury them against her wishes … she wanted to be buried next to her parents … this is in writing ? Sorry so long .. embezzlement should be embezzlement…
