There’s no doubt in my mind that you’re firm is a highly recommended law firm. Well here’s the problem with that is there are so many people who deserve to be represented by a professional lawyer but can’t because they don’t have the money to hire one. So what happens is the ones that can’t afford a professional attorney end up getting whatever is available and most of the time they are low grade lawyers who don’t want to spend any more time on your case as they have to. Resolving in not much benefit to the person that couldn’t afford a professional lawyer. Why does civil matters have to be so difficult for an individual that can’t afford good legal representation to just automatically get the shit end of the deal. Now in criminal cases if you can’t afford to hire legal representation then the state will provide you with an attorney. I see and hear about these free lawyers are no good. Well that comes from mouths that don’t have any idea what they’re talking about because court appointed attorneys are in the courtrooms more than private attorneys and are educated with how each judge works. Why can’t there be lawyers available for civil cases ? If there was a settlement or something that benefits the party then they would have to pay a certain amount of percentage to the state for that attorneys work that was provided.

These information were brought up by my grandma to my uncle stating she doesn’t know where the money is going and how it is being spent. o My grandma raised concerns about how emotionally she was mistreated by my father and the spending of her money o She asked me and my uncle to help her to remove my father as her POA. o We helped her to go to get my father’s POA revoked. o The next few days my grandmother and father went to the attorney to restore his POA and the appointed secondary POA to be replaced as my sister ▪ We suspect my grandmother changed her mind because my dad tells her noone will take care of her ▪ Her fear is she may be sent to a retirement home o Ever since my uncle that is a secondary to POA asked questions about the status of the living trust my father started being hostile (He made comments like whatever money he used from the trust he paid back, my father also stated that the trust lawyer who drafted the POA advised him as long as he doesn’t take out large amounts of money at a time he should be okay, and when initially confronted about using funds inappropriately my father stated that the trust protects him from any bad decisions he makes. Reasons why mismanagement of the trust were raised are: (My father’s personal income is through pension and social security) 1. Even after my grandfather passed away, he used his credit card for 3.5yearsn and makes a comment stating that it is what my grandfather wished him to do. 2. My grandmother says she is not clear where the money is being spent. 3. According to the will, the living trust will help pay for my niece’s education (It did not say anything to pay more than the education expenses. a. My father is paying for my niece’s apartment rent from the living trust b. Got her credit card to use for her groceries and my dad pays it by withdrawing money, transferring to his account, and pays my niece’s credit card c. From what my father shared to me he buys my niece new furniture for her apartment is paid for by the living trust 4. There are CD’s that had automatic renewal in the trust account that my father said he will not renew. Another concerning issue is that he is not reinvesting the funds 5. Part of my father’s personal expenses are paid for by the living trust a. We speculate he uses the living trust to pay for eating out without my grandmother b. To pay off the money he took from my uncle’s account to pay for mommy make over of the person he was seeing ($42K) c. To pay off the Audi SUV of the brother of the person he was seeing ($12K) d. To pay off the credit card of the engagement ring he bought for his now wife ($4K) e. To pay for immigration fees to get a green card for his now wife (Different from the person he paid the mommy make over for) f. To pay for in home massages for grandma, himself, and his wife’s massages g. And many more…. Most of this information is based on the things he shared to me, to other people, and to what we see he spends. Goal is to know if there are legal grounds to appeal to the court to get my father as the POA and to make sure that the Other beneficiaries’ goal is to remove my dad as POA and Trustee/Executor. Hold him legally accountable for his actions. Side Notes *No attorneys are willing to help because we were told by the estate attorney as long as grandma is okay with spending on himself that it’s okay.

I've been trying to attain an attorney to protect my interests as an heir for over 6 months and finally got one. This attorney cost $5000 to retain him for this case and now seems like he's trying to defend or get me be ok with the wrongdoings so he gets paid Not dispute the fact that shes self dealing, withholding, low valuing her items and looking out for her.
