For those who didn’t know, there was supposed to be Shylily, Melody, and Layna here for this game show as well, but unfortunately as it took place soon after twitch con where everyone got sick those 3 fell ill and weren’t able to make the show anymore.
Fillian put in so much hard work for this and regardless of if everyone could show or not it turned out amazing with just Camilla and Tricky there.
Those two are real ones for still showing up and Fillian is an amazing person for continuing the show in spite of the challenges she faced along the way

Congrats to Filian's attitude. It seemed little went right live with the no-shows and terrible tracking, but the show must go on and she did a commendable job hosting.
the no shows werent great but people got sick so like, nothing can be helped there
@@kerrrobertson3699honestly, looking back at the time it was scheduled for, it looks obvious that some people would get sick since it was so close after big con.. and cons are famous for people getting sick there... But it was real unlucky that soo many people actually got sick
I would not make it live in future so you can reschedule if that happens
@@SolitaryLark Well, part of the issue is the need to have everyone in the same location for this type of thing. So, there's already limited time to schedule anything, since most streamers will only be in the same area for a convention or maybe a major personal thing (like one of them getting married IRL). This was around Twitchcon, and a bunch of the others literally got sick at the convention. So their limited time off, travel, lodging, exc was already planned and (likely) paid for. Staying an extra 1-2 weeks to recover and do the collab isn't feasible.
Then there's the fact that she rented a motion capture studio to do this in, which also had to be paid for, and may not be available to reschedule at. Then there's sponsorship contracts, where the sponsor usually has numerous requirements about what the ad read has to include / not include and when the ad has to be done by. If you don't put the sponsored video out in time, best case is you don't get paid, and in this case would likely have to repay the sponsor some or all of the money they put in to rent the studio, exc.
So yeah, it's really not easy to reschedule an in person event like this. If it was just in VR, it'd likely be doable, but this wasn't.

So glad it appears everyone had fun and things worked out well tech wise. It's unfortunate not everyone could make it due to getting sick but I think it still works to show the concept of something like this being possible though if it is being done working around a convention perhaps scheduling for just before would work better to avoid convention related illness. I think between this event and The Vtuber Awards Filian's has done some amazing work, beyond just her normal streams, this year that would definitely make her a frontrunner/shoo-in for the In A League of Their Own category if she wasn't ineligible.

This was a fun event. The biggest issue was that the motion tracking made it look like they missed every single hole, when in reality they apparently didn't miss most of them. That sort of defeats the point of doing this if you can't see that.
