Sheikh, I lost my job right before Ramadan. I struggled to keep my fast and was filled with a great feeling of depression. I have a partner, and because of a lot of complications, we are not married yet, but I am committed to her. She is pregnant with our first child alhamdulillah and I have been feeling a great deal of depression because I feel that I cannot provide for my new family. Subhanallah we have managed to get by. I am trying. And this lecture has given me courage to not lose hope. It has been difficult because I am in an area where there is no masjid nearby. I feel alone. I haven't even taken a proper shahada but by faith I continue to search for guidance and seek to please Allah.

I just went through a difficult situation and cried so many tears. My heart was so so heavy. I just asked Allah “help me help me help me, give me tranquility and lighten my heart even as I feel hopeless “. Alhamdulillah, He answered my prayers. So even though my situation has not changed, I’m coping much better, my appetite is back and I’m not crying every 5 minutes. I pray the same for you.

Assalamualaikum, I am from India. Mufti sahab i greatly request you to visit India once and give a lecture. Most of the people in India do not have knowledge and have the wrong knowledge about visiting and prostrating and praying in front of the grave of many famous dead people. (Haji Ali in Mumbai) ( Khaja Bandanawaz in Karnataka and many lot more they're outnumbered). They believe if they pray to those people they help them to attain salvation after death, and that they can request to allah on behalf of them, it is really widespread among soo many of the people, and it is increasing. I kindly request you to please make a video on this, that no one other than Allah SWT can help and to only Allah swt we can make dua directly and not through other people.
In Pakistan this misconception also present same situation as you r telling in india unknowingly and sometime knowingly people's start doing shirk without researching and learning our Deen Islam

اللهم حبب إلينا الإيمان وزينه في قلوبنا، و كره إلينا الكفر و الفسوق و العصيان، و اجعلنا من الراشدين
Allahumma habbib ilayna al-imaan wa zayyinhu fee quloobina, wa karrih ilaynal kufra wa al-fusooqa wal-esyaaan, waj’alna min ar raashideen.
Translation: O Allah make Iman beloved to us and beautify it in our hearts, and make us hate Disbelief, immorality, and Sinning and Make us amongst those who are rightly guided.
