Thank you for reviewing the new model! A shame about the removal of the hydraulics but I live with limited space, so this actually sounds like a worthwhile enough tradeoff for me.
Can you please clarify if the 2023 model has any advantage over the previous model? It seems that it's only missing features, including the hydraulic assist and the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Also, can you please compare it against the 2023 model of the t7? Thank you
Is there any benefit to this style treadmill that has the hinge at the motor vs a regular treadmill that is solid ? Just saw where Sam’s Club has this one on sale for $600
There isn't a benefit really either way. With the Carbon T10, the deck does fold up to almost 90 degrees to be a little more compact, but the deck folds up manually so you have to lift and lower it yourself.
In the several years that we've used their products, we haven't had a problem with customer service. They've been slow at times, but everything has always been able to be resolved/fixed. We've seen reviews of other people's unfortunate experiences, but that hasn't been the case for us. So, yes we recommend their products. I think most people are more inclined to write reviews and share their experiences when they're negative rather than positive.
Do not buy the T10 CARBON SERIES; it's a waste of money. In fact, Proform, overall, is a waste. The motor broke in less than 14 months, and it will cost me $500.

Where does the Proform Performance 1050 stand in comparison to these three models?
This looks basically the same as T7. The main difference seems to be the screen size and a little upgrade on the motor power. Looks as great!
